River and patio were amazing. House was very clean and bed was comfortable. Squirrels and lots of deer. We even saw several frogs!

This was the perfect getaway for my little family! The backyard had more than enough shady space for the kids to run around and the private access to the river was exactly what we needed with little kids. The inside was great, with plenty of room...

The property and surroundings are great. We found many lightning bugs early evening on the backyard which was beautiful.
