Clean & cozy. Air condition worked well. Access to the river was great. Kitchen towels would be a nice addition.

We loved the proximity to the beach. It had a nice swimming pool with landscaped grounds, and a nice deck. Owner provides bare minimum on supplies. If staying more than a day or two, bring toilet paper, soap for shower , dishwasher soap, etc.
