Great location overlooking Guadalupe river and the sounds the rapids at clutter falls. 5 minutes away from tubing and downtown Gruene. Very well maintained and clean. Also nice that there were 2 king beds and 1 double. We were expecting 1 king...

Great place to hang out with family and friends! Amazing view and cozy environment make it an ideal relaxing retreat. There isn't direct access to the river since the property is on a cliff but it is still easy to get to.
