Location was great. Lots of privacy but close enough to town. Loved sitting on the decks listening to the falls. The hot tub could be updated but it did the job. Would definitely book it again!!

I must say this house has such a great location and amazing views! It's large and unique and the views from the balcony are amazing! It just a short drive to the the Gruene water tower and the neighborhood was very quiet.
