there were some complaints about the ac from other reviews which concerned us, but the hosts left clear instructions that told us how to adjust them all to the same setting - and once we did that we were freezing in august, it worked fine.

Loved the firepit. Even though there wasn't a whole lot of water in the creek, our young boys really enjoyed exploring around the property. Enjoyed relaxing on the patio.
