I am glad I decided to rent this place, it is right off the Guadalupe river, it had a 2 car garage which was nice to store your tubes etc.. it also had a BBQ pit with a outside table which is nice as well, overall I would rent this again.

I spent the weekend here with a friend and our kids. It was super relaxing and quiet. The river was great! I was nervous from other reviewers about accessibility but we were able to easily get in. The water was deep enough for the kids to swim but...

We came for the river and this house provided easy access to the river! The water at this particular spot was perfect for our kiddos to swim in and enjoy.

The house is small but very clean and well laid out. The access to the river is difficult since there are no steps, but the view is beautiful.
