Location was exactly what we were looking for. The outside was most enjoyable. The house could use a few updates- some leaks & stains on the roof. No WiFi and cellular service was poor so WiFi would have been helpful.

The View was amazing kids enjoyed making s'mores around the fire pit jumping into the river and running around the property. Can't wait to go back this summer and make some more memories.
