Really enjoyed the property and its location. Seemed to be mid-point between Gruene and New Braunsfel. Up on a cliff, overlooking the Guadalupe and a waterfall no less!

This is a gorgeous little place. Convenient to downtown Gruene. Quiet neighborhood setting right on the river, and the deer are amazing. Quick response from the property management and owner when needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great views and location. Very basic accommodations, but close to everything. It was relaxing, and we had a wonderful stay!!

The property is not far from town, a little secluded but just what we wanted. The hot tub over looks the River which is beautiful. The house was spotless, very accommodating. Hope to stay there again.
