Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, pictures on the listing are accurate. Great beach access with a very short walk. Very quite and felt safe in the property. Two issues. 1) property was difficult to locate on the first day. Property would benefit clear labeling i.e. address or name "Sunset" on the driveway side of the property. 2) A motion light by the parking would of been nice. Otherwise very nice stay.

My husbands entire family spent 5 nights during Thanksgiving at the Turtle Dunes. His 80th birthday was was the day after Thanksgiving. Everyone had a wonderful time and we’re pleased that we came to Fort Morgan to celebrate. The view and beach were incredible. Most everything was great. My husband is ina motorized wheelchair. It was very tight getting him in the elevator, but we were able to manage it. LOL Cloudy, foggy, rainy days don't matter when you can sit on the covered deck and enjoy the ocean waves. Great TV to watch basketball tournaments. Lovely home. Thank you for the best holiday. Hope to be back.

Spent Thanksgiving week with my family of five. The short walk to the beach was great for the kids! I loved the screened in porch…perfect for morning coffee! The property is in a great community- completely pet friendly which we loved! The property manager, Linda, was quick to respond to any issues and was a great resource for things to do/places to eat. Highly recommend! Hope we are able to get back real soon!!

The only thing I would change is that I wish the pool were heated, so that we could have gone swimming without being cold during out stay since it was upper 70's/low 80'sF outside, but the water was still a little too cool to stay in the pool long.

House was clean and well stocked.Very short walk to the beach.Will definitely try and come back in better Weather so kids can take advantage of the nice pool.Very satisfied with this rental and would do it again.

Location could not be better - not just super-close to the beach, but far, far away from in-laws. This house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. From the balcony, we saw dolphins every day. The house is perfect for larger families that want to all be together under one roof.

Two families. Four adults. Four children. Great house for our Thanksgiving getaway. Beach was perfect. We fished. We dug a huge hole. Had so many laughs and made lifetime memories. Great house for family and had 16 for lunch!

The KoKoMo was a wonderful property that was clean and great location to the beach. Our only complaint was the lack of Wi-Fi - we work, even on holiday, which was very challenging. Otherwise, we highly recommend this property!

My family have been on several vacations this year and this by fat was the Absolutely best one yet. The house was clean had all the amenities we needed. It was spacious and very modern and up to date. The Beach was literally less then 40 yards away.. It made us feel as if we was on our own private island.. We will definitely be staying in this area again...Thanks for the Great Hospitality...

We have been staying in Morgantown the last 10 years we love this little beach development because the beach is dog friendly. we have stayed at a variety of different homes. This home however was our favorite. It was very close to the beach, the beds were so comfortable, it was stocked with a great deal of utensils, and cooking supplies. The condition was pristine and we all enjoyed our stay very much. We are hopeful to stay here again for our future visits. The property manager was amazing checked in with texts and stopped by to make sure we were good and if needed anything.

We loved this house! We’ve stayed at many places in Ft Morgan and this is one of our favorites. The property was well kept, the manager was very responsive to our needs and the location was fantastic! Across the street, but easy boardwalk stroll straight to the beach. Highly recommend this house to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 16 night stay. The home was clean and offered every kitchen gadget imaginable. Super well organized and efficient. We sat on the gulf-side deck each morning to enjoy the sunshine and pretty view, and then moved to the bay-side deck for a bit of shade in the afternoons. We had a great unobstructed view of the gulf and saw many dolphins! Just a short walk to the beach. The property managers were super fast to respond to our questions. The best service that we have ever had! We highly recommend this home for your pet-friendly vacation. Our two little princess dogs liked the sunny deck too! We walked many trails during our visit. We especially enjoyed Fort Morgan and the Bon Secour national wildlife refuge. We took the car ferry to Dauphin Island one day (the aquarium was very nice). It was a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Our favorite place to stay in Ft. Morgan! We return year after year. The views from the decks are spectacular. Great open living space and kitchen for family gatherings. Truly a gem!

Would highly recommend this property especially considering some brand new remodeling the owner has planned that will make the property even more perfect than it already is. As for the property management company, Coastal View is top notch and truly cares about their customers and owners. We've used many property managers for vacations all over the country in the past, and no one holds a candle to Coastal View

What an amazing stay. You can't get any closer to the powder soft sand and the surf.The house was well appointed, cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property especially considering some brand new remodeling the owner has planned that will make the property even more perfect than it already is. As for the property management company, Coastal View is top notch and truly cares about their customers and owners. We've used many property managers for vacations all over the country in the past, and no one holds a candle to Coastal View

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Summer's End. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is as beautiful as described and literally on the beach. Check in was super easy and the place immaculate. The property manager, Linda; via Coastal Vacations was super responsive when we had a question. We had the nicest personal welcome note from the owner waiting when we arrived, which was a really nice touch and something you rarely receive. We will definitely book again and soon! This one is a practically perfect in every way!

The property was just as described. The entire family enjoyed it very much. There was a little dog hair left behind by the previous tenant but that was the only thing that was off the mark. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

We had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We woke up in the morning with our hot coffee and listened to the waves while watching the sunrise. We had everything we needed at the house including games that led to fun family nights. Thank you! We will be back!
