Everything about this was perfection! The views are breathtaking, the homes location was more than we could ask for and the space of the house was perfect for our family weekend getaway to relax and connect! Would definitely stay here again!

Sunflower was the perfect spot to spend January and February. Plenty of room for seven of us. This was our seventh winter in Gulf Shores and we could not have found a better management company than Coastalview! DeLayne and Jen responded immediately to the few minor issues we had. The house size is fantastic, was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Many don’t realize the difference between renting for two winter months versus one summer week! Coastalview does! We will most likely be making Sunflower a permanent winter retreat home.

This is the 2nd property I have rented through Coastal View Vacations. Both years have been great. This years property was by far more than I expected. The furnishings, kitchen equipment, heated pool, two primary suites, and decks in the front and back with breath taking views were over the top. The Gulf's shoreline was so close that you could always hear the waves breaking as you sat on the balconies watching the waves roll in. The back decks provided a beautiful view of Mobile Bay. The Coastal View Vacation Team could not have been better. Always willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. Our property manager, Alison, was extremely responsive to our requests. We liked this property so much, I have already booked it for next winter.

The location is in a nice location in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was responsive to all our inquires. There is a nice fenced yard. Our pup loves going down the stairs and runnng around. My wife and i really enjoyed the peace and quite a very nice place to relax . Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The property location was fantastic and just what we were looking for. Loved all the windows and views. It was not a problem, but I would have liked to see the home a little cleaner. It was okay, but needs a little more effort. For example, there was dirt and trash under the beds. The ice maker didn't work. Regardless, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

this property is great and right on the beach, lots of room, porches were nice. The only thing I didn't find there was a blow dryer, I'll remember to pack one next time. Our puppies loved the beach!!

Everything was perfect for our visit, house was clean, everything you need this house had. I’m a cooker because I have a big family, they had all the cooking utensils you need. I will definitely bring my family back for a second trip‼️

We loved the home, right on the beach, in a lovely neighborhood. The location is great, away from all the hub-hub of Gulf Shores, but close enough to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. It was perfectly clean and had all that we needed for a great vacation. We met the house manager and she was wonderful!

My husband and I stayed in this home early February and absolutely loved it. It's right on the beach and the view is amazing. The interior is beautiful; the kitchen is well-stocked; the King bed is comfortable! We highly recommend it if you don't want to be in the middle of all the "hub-hub".

We were looking for a last minute winter beach trip and this property was great. We searched for a while and found this property which for our needs very well with the ability to enjoy the beach and the gulf from inside and outside. Linda the property manager was terrific with communication.

Step outside and dip your toes in the ocean. What more can you ask for? We all enjoyed our stay! Spacious home with unbeatable beachfront. Parking was good and local stores helped keep the kitchen stocked and running while we were there. Saw dolphins from the balcony!
The home had a few minor areas where upkeep will be due, but they didn't impact our stay. Everyone enjoyed it and I will keep this in mind for a repeat trip! Thanks.

We had a nice family getaway a few days before Christmas. The beaches were beautiful and as devoid of people as one could hope for. The weather was unseasonably cool, but still very enjoyable. The house itself was very nice. I have no doubt that you would enjoy a stay here as well.
