The house is HUGE..& absolutely perfect for a big family!!! I loved the master bedroom and bathroom downstairs!!!
And the beach is right at the back door!!
Kitchen was great...stocked with a huge selection of pans, & skillets!!! Loved the big individual ice maker!!!
Owners were friendly & easy to correspond with!!! And dolphins right at the back door every day to see!!!
Hope we'll get to stay here again on next vacation!!!!!ššš¬

It was quiet on the weekends but sucked they are building a house across from this one and of coarse they were really loud during the week. I loved that it was a short walk to the beach and we saw Dolphins on the first day!!

The place was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable after spending the day on the beach. It was really nice being able to hear the waves and see them from the house. My family and I loved being able to just walk out and be on the beach. Great for them bathroom breaks!

Condo is right on the beach. Was in a great location, could walk to many shops and restaurants. Had two king beds which was really nice.

Have a wonderful stay at coastal landing for the full month of February, 2023. Love the neighborhood! The house was everything we wanted to escape the Midwest snow! Property manager was welcoming, friendly and very responsive to our needs.

Seacrest 605 is a cozy, great little condo. It was exceptionally clean and decorated so nicely. It is tiny, but was perfect for the two of us. We especially enjoyed the covered parking spot and the key code entry. The condo building is well maintained and an easy drive from the T. One thing to note when renting this condo is that the layout is a little annoying. The only bedroom is at the front of the condo and right by the breezeway and elevator. Since it was spring break this wasn't really a noise problem for us, but I can see it being a big problem in the summer. There are also no blinds on the bedroom window so you have to be very careful about changing near the window. This also meant that quite a bit of light came in at night from the security lights in the hall. The bed in the master was the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. It is like sleeping on a table. A mattress topper would definitely fix that problem. So uncomfortable. Although we did not use the bunks, those mattresses were no better. Pretty much springs with fabric over them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff at Coastal and we loved the beautiful beach.

The home is in the Morgantown community in Fort Morgan, with easy beach access and ocean views. The house was clean and well equipped. I would say that the house is best for 4-8 occupants. 2 downstairs bedrooms share a small hallway bath, which is also the "public" bathroom for the first floor. Limited kitchen cabinet space for groceries and a noisy ceiling fan in the bunk bedroom. These were minor issues and did not interfere with our enjoyment. We have already booked this house for next year. The property manager lived in this community and was readily available for assistance.

This home had everything anyone would need. No need to pack the fans if you sleep with one. This house has an abundance of them. Just steps away from the gulf beautiful views. Only downfall of our trip was the dang cold and that awful wind. Didnāt make fishing any fun. Will be back in august.

This house is in a great location. We loved being able to watch the kids play on the beach from the balcony. Beds were comfy and clean. The dining table is great for gathering. The house definitely has a lived-in feel and could use some updating, but is priced accordingly and just what we were looking for for a mom and kid getaway (2 moms and 6 kids meeting up for spring break). Iād suggest bringing a white noise machines for one room in particular. On very windy nights one of the rooms has a loud vibration from the way wind hits the gutters or roofline. The other 3 rooms did not have this issue. Great beach getaway!

Very nice home. We have stayed in Morgantown before and loved the location. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Everything about the property was very nice perfect for one or two families with children. The place was also kid friendly space.

Renting this property was easy, the communication with the property manager was perfect. The home itself as well taken care of extremely inviting for a large group of people! We loved how close it was to the beach. We will absolutely rent this place again! Noahās ark was great!

We took a short spring break trip with 8 teens & 4 adults from Tennessee. We loved the house, the location on the beach, the views were spectacular, and everything was just perfect. We loved the layout of the house, plenty of space, built-in technology of which we used, comfy beds, large bathrooms & showers, excellent kitchen & living room space and beautiful balconies to enjoy the outside views! Zero complaints. And the property manager DeeDee was awesome - so responsive, kind & helpful!

We had a great vacation staying at this property.
The house contained everything we needed.
Property mgmt was quick to respond when we had questions.
There were kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc., than we expected, which came in handy.
Fun house with big front porch and back deck to relax on.
The kids loved staying in a bunk bed for the first time.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had the best last minute vacation. The booking and management company was extremely easy to communicate with and setup our reservation. You can see the beach when you walk out the front door and the bay when you walk out the back. This community even has two nice pools with a tennis court & little game room for when you donāt wanna go to the beach. Fort Morgan has always been our favorite vacation spot bc it isnāt in the middle of town but not too far to run to stores or restaurants in the area. The house was very clean & spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils needed. All of the rooms were spacious with their own bathrooms & most importantly the MOST comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. We will most definitely be booking this house again for our next vacation in Fort Morgan!!

It is in a great location with private access to the lagoon. We have small children and it was a very windy week with strong rip tides so the lagoon was a better choice for swimming.

We wanted a family/pet friendly slice of paradise away from the crowds and this exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated with a homey vibe. Our kids 9,15 & 18 all enjoyed the quick access to the beach and the patio furniture that included lounge chairs for catching rays. It had a convenient outdoor shower at the bottom of the steps for rinsing sand off that came in really handy for our fur baby. No complaints on the beds as all were comfortable. The host was amazing and checked on us daily and provided weather updates. I had to work remotely a few days and the Wi-Fi was able to accommodate my needs.

I highly recommend this property! It is clean and modern with on-trend tasteful decor. It is tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac that is just one street over from one of the pools and tennis courts, and an easy (approx 6-8 min) walk to the beach via the neighborhood boardwalk. Instructions were clear and the check in process worked seamlessly. This property was perfect for our group of 9, plus our two small dogs (be sure and mention your pets at booking and pay the pet deposit). We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurants, access to Fort Morgan and proximity to the Mobile Bay Ferry. 5 stars all around!

We had a wonderful stay! It was great to have the beach right there, and we absolutely loved the big deck. The place was very clean and well kept. There were a couple of things that could use updating/replacement, such as the lamp with electrical tape in the one bedroom, but they were small things that didnāt really bother us. Our kids loved playing football on the beach, and we liked that we were close enough to drive to a variety of restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The house was absolutely a dream. It was clean upon arrival and had everything in the kitchen you would need. The views were amazing and just a quick walk to the beach. The weather was a bit cold so we were not able to use the pool. The pool pump did start to make a loud noise but the property manager was fast to respond and had great communication. We would definitely book there again.
