Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay here. Close walk to the beach. I even was able to walk a little over a mile to a nice coffee shop from the home. Loved that the dogs could come stay too. The patios and pool were so nice. We felt relaxed during our entire stay.

Everyone mentions the ice machine, because it's worth mentioning. Morgantown is a wonderful community, it has a real family atmosphere, probably because the children outnumber the adults by a wide margin. Shrieking, running out of their flip-flops, with their floaties all puffed up. Beach or pool, your choice. At night it's quiet, no frat parties. We highly recommend Morgantown and especially Sandpiper, and want to thank the staff at Coastal View Vacations for making our vacation great, year after year. Bill and Susan O'Shea

Lots of space, kitchen was stocked well and everything was clean and nice! Location was amazing, being able to just get on the board walk and be at the beach. Owner was super helpful would rent again!

We loved our stay and can’t wait to return. The home was perfect for our family and friends. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. The beds were comfortable. DeeDee, the property manager, was easy to deal with and just a text away. She even kept us updated on the rip tide warnings. We visited Lulu’s and Tacky Jacks 2. Both were great!

This was our second time staying at Sandpiper, the new landscaping, deck furniture and digital upgrades are great. Everyone mentions the ice machine, because it's worth mentioning. Morgantown is a wonderful community, it has a real family atmosphere, probably because the children outnumber the adults by a wide margin. Shrieking, running out of their flip-flops, with their floaties all puffed up. Beach or pool, your choice. At night it's quiet, no frat parties. We highly recommend Morgantown and especially Sandpiper, and want to thank the staff at Coastal View Vacations for making our vacation great, year after year. Bill and Susan O'Shea

We cannot wait to return to Serenity on the Shore. Relaxation was what we wanted and that is exactly what we got! The home is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The new decking was a nice addition. Dee Dee, property manager, was a text away if we needed anything. She was so welcoming prior to our arrival and it continued throughout the week. She was great to inform us about riptide alerts and checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Next time we’re taking her to dinner!

Our only downfall was the location to the beach. The walk wasn’t bad at all, but we have 3 kids under 6 and for them it was challenging to walk back and fourth. Overall we were highly satisfied and would definitely recommend!

We fell in love with the area and the house. Under the house it is paved, so the kids rode their bikes. There is a variety of seating and a swing, bonus! Everything was super clean, the beds were all very comfortable, and everything was very kid friendly. Our only downfall was the location to the beach. The walk wasn’t bad at all, but we have 3 kids under 6 and for them it was challenging to walk back and fourth. Overall we were highly satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Thank you!! We really enjoyed our stay! The home was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to gather or they could spread out if they needed their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed for large family meals. The porch was perfect for unwinding every evening and the short walk to the beach was absolutely incredible!! Can't wait to come back!

Our entire family was very impressed with this beach house- said it was the best place we’ve ever stayed! Very clean, spacious & great location with short walk to beach & pool. Had all the beach toys & wagons you’d need so can pack light. Would definitely stay here again!

Three couples stayed together to attend sons soccer tournament and we greatly appreciated having three master bedrooms with king beds and their own full bathrooms. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we loved the big ice maker and separate freezer. We did even see dolphin swimming by from the gorgeous deck. Highly recommend!

The trip was great. The group before us was very messy so the cleaning crew was scrambling as best they could to clean the house. Overall the house was great. Outside of house has visual wear and tear and one window was missing, but inside was renovated and pretty clean.

Beautiful spacious house on the beach. Updated decor with everything we needed. Loved the location just minutes from restaurants and shops. Great for a large family or multiple families. Highly recommend!!!!

We rented this beach house because it was pet friendly as well as the beach being pet friendly and it was close to where our son and his family of 3 little girls were staying in a (non pet friendly) condo about a mile away. Our family was able to have meals together on the deck that had a large table and had a grill for us to use. At night we were lulled asleep by frogs , insects and the bellowing of alligators in the lagoon behind the house. Thank you for providing beach chairs, boogie boards and sand buckets. We plan to come back again. Thanks for sharing your house. P.S I especially liked your choice of wall colors. Would love to have the names of the paint colors you used. ❤️

This house suited our needs fairly well; mother & father in-law, 3 school aged children, husband & myself. Everyone had enough space for playing, eating, lounging, sleeping, etc. Can't beat the fabulous view or the very short distance to the beach....location is key for us! Our spring break seems to be early, so the weather is hit or miss but being on the beach is always a hit and not being in a super crowded area makes everyone happy :)

For a property located off the beach, this is as close as it gets! Off the beach rates for a house that has a shorter walk to the beach than most condominiums we have rented. The house was very spacious, especially the front deck, which has a great view of the Gulf! Property Management was very attentive and even pulled our trash cans to the street for us on trash day.

The house is very nice with a very short walking distance to the beach. The house was very clean when checking in. Only negative I would say is that the supply of garbage bags was very few, just the one that was in the garbage can, so I had to run to store and purchase more for the property. The manager was quick to respond when I did have an issue. Would highly recommend.

Our family of 4, two adults, two teens and two dogs stayed at this home and really enjoyed it. Although the pool was not heated, the couple days of sun at 75-80 were warm enough given we came down from Illinois to hop in. The other reviews prepared us for the limited supplies provided and that the house needs some improvements. Shower curtains and rails, bathroom renovations, doors don't close easily, windows are no longer sealed, washer and dryer are very old. But nothing that impacted our stay overall. The location is perfect, just far enough away, about 2 mile walk to the main shopping area. 1 block away you find a nice restaurant and quick shop. Beach access is also 1 block away, a 5-10 min walk. There is a walking path that goes in both directions about 2 miles each way that was perfect for us to walk with the dogs, great scenery along the way. Please note, dogs are not allowed on the beach so we had to walk them on the path, that was ok. There are dedicated bike paths all the way down the road. The path goes 4.5 miles to the very south west end. The house has two levels, with the bedrooms being in the top level, the master suite is very large and offers a great balcony to sit out on and enjoy the view, perfect for a sunrise! The second level which is the living area was great to hang out in and step out into the large patio/deck, we kept the dogs there most of the time and they enjoyed being outside but not getting wet or sandy. It was a great stay and would come again

Outdoor shower and toilet were nice to have. Plenty of dishes, pans, etc for cooking. Ice machine was clutch, no need to run and grab multiple bags of ice everyday. Only downside was we did encounter a few large roaches each evening in various places. Property manager was informed and they are looking into it. The other negative is not related to the house but Morgantown always had a basketball hoop but it appears that no longer exists. Otherwise, it was a great time in a great location. We would come back.

This house was just the perfect size for my family. I have 6 kids so it’s easy to get cramped. The living space is a great size!!! The distance to the water was so close. Making it so much easier to tote kids back and forth for bathroom breaks. A couple of restaurants and tiny grocery store, for quick trips, we’re super close. But far enough from town so you feel remote and calm. We were never lacking anything. Go ahead and rent it. You won’t regret it.

This getaway was for me and my 2 adult children and their children and we had some friends making it 12 in all, a few ended up not coming.:( The house was well furnished and very roomy! Flights of stairs in this unit but we’ve had this before with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms needed for our large group! Right on the beach and beautiful views from inside the house! I so enjoyed the French doors in the master bedroom opening to the porch with rocking chairs to sit in and watch the ocean and listen to the waves crashing! And it was very private so no crowds on the beach! It was a great place to make lasting memories ❣️
