Deb and Linda were very accommodating hosts. We couldn’t of asked for a better host than these two. The house was clean and comfortable and the beach access was top notch. Fort Morgan is a very quiet and secluded town, it is the place to go if you are wanting to get away, away! Lol. We will be back!

We are from SC and wanted to find somewhere different to vacation besides the East Coast beach’s. Gulf Shores was a great pick, the house was awesome. Everyone had there own spaces to wind down each evening. We also opted in for a local golf cart rental rather than hauling out own. It was useful to get around to beach, pool, and nightly rides. Overall it was a great trip and we plan on returning. Thanks for the hospitality and great service!

This was our second stay at Surfside and we enjoyed it even more. The home had more than enough room and the beach is just down the steps. It was clean, nicely furnished, and met our every need.

Beautiful home! My kids loved their room and the pool. It was used every day. The beach house was closer to the beach entrance than I expected. Two houses down and you’re there. I love that there isn’t a beach house built in front of it. We would set up directly in front of the house so my mom could see us on the beach from the balcony of the house. I would recommend booking the elevator. I didn’t think I’d need it but after a long day or when bringing in stuff it would of been nice to have 😄 The beach house has a light weight vacuum, which came in handy but wish it would of been cordless. What I would call the master bedroom/bathroom is beautiful and big with a shaded balcony. Shower was amazing. Kitchen was perfect too. This house was wonderful, cozy and very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sand Piper is a great house with plenty of amenities for the whole family and right next to the beach. This was our first time staying in Fort Morgan after receiving several recommendations from friends. Great open floorplan w/ 5 bed/4 bath including twin beds in last bedroom. Open kitchen and common area are plenty big for everyone to gather. TV in every room and great WIFI service. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and has aux icemaker. We had one issue with the Keurig but mgt responded right away. Beach is literally 5 min walk as house is very close to the community boardwalk. Sit on the beautiful porch and listen to the Gulf or just enjoy the breeze. The only drawback to the location is that it's 14 miles from Gulf Shores so make a Plan if you want to do anything such as dining, mini golf, shopping as it takes a few minutes to get there. Otherwise, it's very quiet in the community and perfect for a week long getaway. We will definitely be returning.

Loved the duplex and pool. The beach was close enough for a 75 year old with 4 artificial joints to go to the beach and back. All the family loved the huge long table that fit all of us!!!! We enjoyed it very much!! The Skipper’s

We had a great stay at this location everything was clean .It was great family oriented atmosphere fishing for the kids was fun the view of the Lagoon was very clean and beautiful !! we did not even realize they had an elevator, though until the second day that we were there, that would’ve been helpful to know when we got there. Also some of the boards on the second floor towards our room was a little loose and the railing at the pool was loose, but other than that we had an amazing stay and will be looking forward to doing it again soon

This home was amazing! Our large extended family of 14 had plenty of space. The home is beautiful and very well furnished. Our family loved eating every meal on the deck just off the kitchen as well as relaxing on the upper deck. The beach is an easy walk away even with little kids. We all loved it and would gladly stay here again.

This Beach House was an absolutely perfect vacation spot for our large family. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the views of the Gulf and the pristine white sand beach. The house itself was spacious and had all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a short drive from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but far enough away to feel like we had our own private oasis.

Our family had an amazing beach vacation at this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach, pool, basketball court, ping-pong, it was awesome! There was a minor plumbing repair needed when we arrived that was handled quickly by the property manager. The house was super clean and smelled good. All appliances worked great. There is only a small snippet of beach that is view-able from the back deck, but we knew that going in. We love Ft. Morgan and will definitely be back for more "Blessings in the Sand!"

We felt right at home from the start. The accommodations are very comfortable and clean without being too fancy. The colors are cheerful and the flooring and furnishings are both functional and attractive. My husband and I felt like we were by ourselves; there were a couple of other families around though all we heard was the ocean.

Such a perfect house for my family of 5 along with our friends and their 2 kids! You couldn’t get any closer to the beach!! Only issue we had was how hot it go during the day. Other than that it was perfect. Thank you!

Home was in excellent condition, kids loved the pool and we loved being in a more private area away from the crowds from condos. Pay deposit to use elevator it's worth it.

We all had the best time. The beach is right out the back door. The kitchen was well appointed and our favorite meals during the week were the ones that we made and served around the outdoor table on the back deck. We spent an inordinate amount of time in the evenings on the screened-in porch looking out at the ocean drinking wine and chatting. So relaxing! We will be back!!!!

This place was such a blessing. The house was immaculate and so calming. The beach was not crowded and was so peaceful. We saw dolphins, sharks, a variety of birds, all kinds of fish and crabs, etc. it was just a dreamy trip and we’d love to come back to this very house in the future.

The house was as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked. Living area was very well laid out for family gatherings. We had our three children, their spouses, one dog and one precious grand daughter. Views of beach were wonderful. Walk to the pool was very short. I highly recommend this house and location.

This condo was above and beyond what we expected... it was totally awesome... the beds we’re comfortable..we had every accommodations you could want... they were working on the elevators but we knew they were updating so we were prepared for that. The beach was not over crowded and the other guest were friendly... our 2 grand kids will forever remember the beach. Their first trip.

The location is perfect, I could settle without being beachfront as this location is equally close. It also is a short walk to one of the pool areas when the beach gets too dark.The decor was nice and updated as well as the appliances. I appreciate that it was dog friendly without compromising what it offered. A couple of hours before check-in the staff text me and I was able to communicate with them directly for any problems, they responded quick with random questions I had and was always polite.The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We come to Morgantown every year and are planning to book this house again when that time comes. Overall, this was a great experience and my family had a great time. See you next year!
