Fort Morgan is a wonderful place to vacation. The house was roomy we had 10 people 5 kids and 5 adults. Perfect location the neighborhood was wonderful the pool was a great place to hang out when the kids were tired of the sand. Had dinner at Coastal and Jesse's on the Bay highly recommend both places. Our only complaint was the bunk bedrooms, they are metal so anytime anyone rolled over or woke up in the morning the entire room woke up with how much noise they made- maybe time to invest in some wooden ones.

We absolutely LOVED Rolf's Retreat for our family beach vacation. The access to the beach was the best we have ever had. The kitchen was well-stocked with any kind of dish or utensil you could need (I loved the labels!) There were plenty of towels for everyone. Everything was bright and beachy and super clean. The wifi worked great, even with several devices attached. The rooms are large. The porch is huge! My recommendation is to get a grocery delivery and be beach bums for your whole stay.

Being ableto see my family out on the beach when I came inside to make lunch is just fabulous. The ease and convenience of being right there is priceless. The kitchen was well stocked for the nights we cooked in and plenty of room for many people to sit and eat. Now this may sound silly but the amount of towel hooks throughout the house was AMAZING! So many places to hang all the towels and swimsuits! We will definitely be back to Beach Shack as it’s a winner for us!

This was a family trip with adult children and grandchildren. Everything about the place met our needs. The distance to the beach and pool was perfect. Dee Dee, the property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay at this location for another family trip.

We had a great stay. Everything worked as it should. Outdoor decks and furniture were great! Being able to walk out the back door and be on the beach was great! Weather couldn’t have been better. Saw dolphins daily. Nice to be away from the traffic at gulf shores.

Deb was a great host and essay to get in touch with. The house was beautiful and spacious with a great location and short walking distance to the beach. The surrounding area was peaceful and kid friendly.
We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Perfect cozy and had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to use our TV and the property manager came over right away to help us! One thing to note is that while you can walk to the public access beach it is definitely preferable to get a golf cart as there is no public parking for cars. We had a golf cart and had an amazing time. Totally renovated and very nice!

Home is very close walking distance to property gate beach. We didn’t use any amenities, so I can’t really speak to that. The house was as pictured and the property manager was friendly.

The second week my wife’s mom (85 yo), sisters & brother-in-law joined us. It was special to have 4 generations together. We love the house, close location to the beach and the also the pools. Having the option of either beach or pool is great for both the granddaughters and adults. The addition of the glider on the porch was special. It was a game changer for my mother-in-law to be able to sit and enjoy the sounds & beauty of the beach since she couldn’t be on the beach.Many memories were made including our youngest son & his wife announcing that they will be having their first child in December. The best way to describe it would be - the anticipation of us going back is like the anticipation of our granddaughters waiting for the ice cream truck. 😀We highly recommend Fair Winds in Morgantown and Coastal View Vacations!

This is a beautiful and relaxing house. It is clean and well maintained with amazing covered deck areas...our favorite place to relax. It is a short walk to the beach...easy for our kiddos and a lovely neighborhood. The kids loved the pool that you could see from our front deck.

Fair Winds in Morgantown off Fort Morgan Road is in a wonderful location. Located near the beach and close to both pools. The view from the porch is spectacular. The house is large enough to accommodate a big big family with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The large open kitchen, dining & living area are very spacious. Our family, including granddaughters, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with all the included amenities. The property manager, Linda, is great. She checked with us regularly when she saw us to make sure we had everything we needed.This is our second year to rent Fair Winds. This year we rented the house for 2 weeks.
