We loved our stay at this property. It was right on the beach at a section where it is not overcrowded. The house was a great set up with an amazing suite upstairs.
My only note to other renters is that the address will not show up on Google or Apple Maps; it will change the Highway name but not the Highway number. This will take you to the correct driveway but wrong house. There is another house on this driveway (not on the beach) with the same house number - just go to the correct house on the beach as shown in the pictures and the door code will work. Hopefully they can update Apple and Google maps to show the correct address.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was CLEAN. They have a closet is full of beach toys & floaties. Loved the enclosed balcony. Would stay again!

This was just perfect! We met with my family for a lovely week. This house was just what we needed. It was beautiful, very clean, amazing customer service, and just a short walk to a fabulous beach. It was equipped with everything we needed to make our meals and enjoy our time together playing games and hanging out. It was perfect for the kids, parents, & grandparents. We will be back! Sweet beach house in a very private area of the gulf. Enjoyed the large outdoor deck in the shade with the ocean view. Would love to return and enjoy the beauty of the home and the gulf.

Lotus Blossom was the perfect spot for our family vacation with 6 adults and 4 small children. The location is very convenient to everything, yet just far enough from the very busy areas with the condos. The beach was much less crowded, and that made it more enjoyable for us, especially with young children. The short distance from the house to the beach was a pleasant surprise! We have stayed in many other houses in that area, and this one was the closest for hauling all of our stuff to the beach.
The queen bed in the bunkroom and the queen bed in the bedroom without a bath upstairs would be better if the mattresses were thicker, like the one in the front bedroom upstairs. A king sized bed would be ideal in one of the bedrooms also, but overall, we were happy with the house, and really enjoyed our week there.
We would rent this property again.

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and 7 children under 6. The older kids loved the bunk bed room and there was plenty of room for the pack-n-plays for the littles in the master bedrooms. We loved the community pools and the access to the beach was very accessible. We brought 2 beach wagons to carry our stuff down the boardwalk and to and from the beach and it worked out perfectly. We enjoyed being in Fort Morgan away from the big condos but were close enough to Gulf Shores to drive in for dinner. Overall a fantastic stay that we will all remember!

We had a wonderful time staying at Sandpiper! The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 9. The walk to the beach is quick and the ice maker was a fun addition! We will definitely be staying here again!

It was a perfect weekend. We were able to enjoy both the sunrises and sunsets, which were spectacular. The dolphins swam within a few feet of the pier, it was fun to watch them corral the fish to the top of the water. The local places to eat around there were well above what we were expecting. The house was clean. The master bed was very comfortable but my husband being 6’4” would have enjoyed a king bed. I would recommend fans on the back porch. It was a great weekend enjoyed by all.

I love this rental company! They are always very kind considerate customer friendly and take care of their properties. Sunkissed east is a wonderful location right on the beach. My only complaint is that there is no carpet in the house and I hate grit on the floor, so I recommend picking up a rug from the dollar tree during your stay to help control the amount of sand inside, lol!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This place is PRIME oceanfront property! We had a small weekend getaway with our kids and it was the perfect place to stay.... Literally it's just steps from the deck to the ocean! The house was very clean and orderly inside when we arrived. We did have to pick up some things left laying around outside but that wasn't a huge deal to us, anyway. Overall it was a wonderful property and we would without a doubt stay here again! Cozy home on a wonderful beach!

Freedom 1 was the best house that we have ever stayed in on our yearly trips to fort Morgan. The house was clean and very well equipped. Everything was in good order. One minor issue was fixed immediately ( on a Sunday). Management team was outstanding. Short distance to beach via the private boardwalk was a definite plus! Ice maker was also a real convenience. This house has it all. You will not be disappointed.

Fort Morgan is a wonderful place to vacation. The house was roomy we had 10 people 5 kids and 5 adults. Perfect location the neighborhood was wonderful the pool was a great place to hang out when the kids were tired of the sand. Had dinner at Coastal and Jesse's on the Bay highly recommend both places. Our only complaint was the bunk bedrooms, they are metal so anytime anyone rolled over or woke up in the morning the entire room woke up with how much noise they made- maybe time to invest in some wooden ones.

Our family from AL and TN had a fabulous time staying at Fair Winds! The we loved the way the house was decorated, the porches on both levels. The kitchen is well stocked. We also loved the extra siting area upstairs. We loved the Morgantown neighborhood and the closeness of the house to the boardwalk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The obit suggestion I would offer is a free standing ice maker would be nice. The fridge ice maker just didn’t make much, so we ended up buying several bags of ice during the week.

Freedom 1 was the best house that we have ever stayed in on our yearly trips to fort Morgan. The house was clean and very well equipped. Everything was in good order. My whole family loved Rolf's Retreat. It had the best beach access. The rooms are spacious, furniture is comfortable, porch is huge, wifi works great, kitchen is well-stocked, and everything was clean. Get a grocery delivery and be beach bums!
