This place was absolutely wonderful! We will for sure be back. We took our 10 month old and dogs and the stay right on the beach made everything so much easier. The property was perfect!! We needed to contact the property manager before we got there and they responded quickly and got us what we needed! Highly recommend!

Felt like home. Loved that we had a pier to the lagoon and the beach access was right across the street. The balcony was a plus. The pool was nice size and well kept. Also have to give a shout out to the rental team. We had an issue with shower rod. I emailed them and they responded within minutes and they had a person at the unit within the hour with a new rod. Very impressive. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Deb's listing for this vacation was one of our favorites. We typically go on vacation once a year to the beach and always use an Air BNB. This particular BNB was beautiful, extremely private, and close to the beach. We enjoyed the quick and easy access to the floor with stairs and elevator. The luggage dollies were very useful, and parking was secluded as well. The interior was very current and helpful for everything we needed during our trip. All appliances were efficient and up to date. Our host was very rapid in her response, and each e-mail included very informative instructions on the unit and the area. The location is in a perfect position to quickly get to all attractions and stores in the area. We loved using the pool and enjoyed the fact that there was private access to the beachfront. We felt free and loved the openness of the BNB. We recommend using Deb for your beach vacation this year, as we will likely return in the coming years.

Have to say we were very pleased with our unit #209. The kitchen was well stocked with all accessories. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Felt like home. Stayed only couple nights as we were in town for concert at the Wharf. Best of both worlds in that we had a short walk to the beach and able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the dock on the bay side!

Beautiful home, great location, clean, well stocked. It stormed late one afternoon and the upstairs air conditioning unit went out. I called Coastal View and they dispatched a repairman who came right away. I've already booked the home for 2024, which says it all. Top notch ratings for Coastal View vacations and Linda our local contact.

Property was in a great location away from the high traffic areas while still within walking distance of the beach. Only a short drive from gulf shores. Fort Morgan is a must see if your in the area and enjoy a little history lesson. Very friendly neighborhood.

We had a great time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and was just a 2 min walk to the beach. The area where the house was located was nice and quiet, kid friendly and not far of a drive from all the restaurants and family fun parks. We will definitely be staying here again.

The place allows pets and and such a great location. Close enough to walk to the beach. Pool was a great addition, we didn’t think we would use it, but we did! Only downside was no place to walk the dogs. The grounds were covered with plants that had spurs.

I'm not sure I'd be interested in renting only one side but it's probably fine. The house is extremely well equipped. I was a little bummed that there wasn't a gas grill but they did have a usable charcoal grill which worked fine. I noticed that everyone around there seemed to be using charcoal so maybe that's a thing. My only recommendation would be to add dish towels and dish rags. We had to buy some and just left them there. In the scheme of things not a huge issue. There are tons of beach toys there which I imagine gets added to by guests. Bring your own beach chairs. Loved the deck and pool and the ramp down to the beach was perfect. I'd stay there again.

The house had enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen has a huge island and plenty of seating for meals. It was well stocked with large pots to cook fresh corn we got locally. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The porch furniture is great and the outdoor shower was a game changer to keep the sand out of the house. We loved the location, not right on the beach but not far at all. Beach access was very easy and so much closer than we thought it would be. Linda the manager checked on us several times and was very nice and helpful. We will definitely consider coming back to Fair Winds next year.

This home was exactly as described. The bathroom in the downstairs master has been updated to a soaking tub so no jacuzzi tub. Very clean and well maintained. Highlights were walking right down to a spacious beach area, the ice maker, a Bunn coffee maker, spacious common area, and amazing kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans and several small appliances including a much used griddle. Fort Morgan is about 20 minutes from the bustle of Gulf Shores but there there was a Nice Dollar General that supplied our needs until we made it to Walmart. There are also some nice eating establishments near by.The management company was very quick to respond to any requests we had and correct or assist if they could. We had a couple of issues that needs the owners attention and they were going to relay those for us. There were 10 adults in our group and it was a perfect spot. Two adults had some mobility issues but once they made it up the steps it was easy to get around. I would highly recommend this home to any family. Definitely one of our 3 best vacations

Lovely house. Great furnishings. We loved the closeness to the beach. We had a wonderful Vaca there. Even the duplex ended up not being an issue. Sharing thr pool was no big deal....... Thank you!!

We rented Rest Area East with several families and we also rented the attached unit next door. It was a prime set-up for large groups. I'm not sure I'd be interested in renting only one side but it's probably fine. The house is extremely well equipped. Fair Winds was perfect for our family’s annual beach trip. There were 12 of us from 10-72 years old. The house had enough room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen has a huge island and plenty of seating for meals. It was well stocked with large pots to cook fresh corn we got locally. The mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. The porch furniture is great and the outdoor shower was a game changer to keep the sand out of the house. We loved the location, not right on the beach but not far at all. Beach access was very easy and so much closer than we thought it would be. Linda the manager checked on us several times and was very nice and helpful. We will definitely consider coming back to Fair Winds next year.

Property was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, great location, good condition. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay and the responsiveness from the property mgmt was exceptional. Wed definitely stay here again.

We selected this house for the proximity to the beach and the number of King size bedrooms. We had four families staying, so it is nice to have a bedroom for all of the adults. Only complaint would probably be the drafty/leaky windows and doors. Hard to keep the heat, humidity, wind and rain out. We had some nasty storms during our stay and cleaning up water that is literally pouring in was not fun.

The condo was perfect for what we needed on our family vacation. We couldn’t have asked for more to be right on the beach, and the friendly owners/guests! The property management company was also very responsive when we needed to contact them!

We had a great stay at Longview! It was comfortable and well equipped. The location is about 20 minutes from Gulf Shores, but having access to a private beach within walking distance made it totally worth it. It was close to a great kayaking spot on Little Lagoon and good restaurants in Fort Morgan. We’d definitely stay here again and maybe bring along a few friends and our dog!

Dee Dee was very friendly and helpful. House was nice and clean. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our entire family to be together pool and beach within walking distance. I give it an over all rate of ten.

What a great house! It is very close to the beach access, has tons of space, and everything was exactly as advertised. The local host was wonderful. Both her communication and responsiveness were spot on. The kitchen was stocked wonderfully…we had access to every utensil/pot/pan/dish we needed. We love Morgantown, and would definitely stay at this house again.

Beautiful house with a stunning view of the sunset. Location is exactly as described. Beach and pool access are a short walk away. We watched dolphins swimming from the back porch in the morning. We had a wonderful time and would love to vacation here again.
