This property was immaculate and perfect for our entire family vacation! The bonus area under the home was great for the one day of rain we experienced. Close to the beach and pool. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and definitely would consider renting again. Very walkable to the beach. Everything labeled and stocked! It was also a nice touch with an air fryer and instapot. Very clean as well!

We were looking for a house with direct beach access where we could stay with kids + dog, and this fit the bill! Good communication to get the door code, which made for an easy arrival. Make sure to read through their emails to be prepared with household goods you want/need (trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, etc.). Screened-in porch was wonderful. Only downside was that the beach umbrella/chair rental companies don't set things up for you in Morgantown (delivery only), so we had to carry the stuff out every morning/evening. Overall, it was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Great house. Stayed here years ago. Not the fanciest beach house we have ever stayed in, but had everything we needed. Loved the outside shower and deck.

Overall the condo was as described. The only negative to our stay was the parking situation. Found out when we got there they only allowed 1 parking pass so we had to spend an additional $20 per night to park one of our cars at a nearby location. Overall the unit was quiet and the beach area was very well kept. Make sure to get chairs from Ike’s early if you plan to as they frequently run out because the beach area here is fairly small compared to bigger condos.

This is a great property! It was perfect for our group of 11. The common area was the perfect size. We constantly had games and puzzles on the large dining table. It was only a short walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend this property.

Quite simply, everything is as you see in the pictures. Tons of space, a great "reverse" floorpan that gives you an awesome top deck with wonderful views of the Gulf and a nice view of the stars at night. The pool is larger than I thought and the perfect size. We had 5 kids 10 and under and they had an absolute blast when we were back from the beach. Beach is a stone's throw down a lazy street. Very manageable for pretty much anyone. Ice cream man came by almost every day during our stay. Close to Fort Morgan and favorites like Sassy Bass. Bedrooms are spacious and have their own decks as well. Any minor issues we experienced were handled right away. Really can't ask for much more. We'll be coming back as soon as we can!

Loved staying at Surfside! We had 3 families and had plenty of room! Kitchen was very well appointed and had more than everything we needed! Balcony was a great size for all of us to enjoy.2 refrigerators were nice to have. And the beach is right there-nice boardwalk and very close to the house. Also, the management company was very attentive, which was a plus as we had an issue with the air conditioning. Dee Dee had someone come out within a few hours. Only recommendation would be a better grill. We will be back next year!

We were very pleased with our stay! House was extremely clean & beautifully furnished, gorgeous view, & the beach club access was amazing. Deb is so kind & very responsive. We had a tree go down on a power line & she responded to my message about it immediately. She sent someone out to take care of it & it was removed before we even got back that afternoon. The beach club is fantastic & I highly recommend it. My only suggestions would be to add a King size bed in the master bedroom, & to add interior blinds to the family room window & french doors, & to the side window in the master, & also maybe have the lawn mowed. Other than that, we have 0 complaints & would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Gulf Shores!

Very good! Perfect mix of beach and inland side experience! Short walk to the beach and privilege of having a dock and pavilion on the lagoon side to watch the sunrise and sunset over the water!!

This house worked out perfectly for our family. It was in close proximity to the beach. And could see the ocean well thru the first row of houses. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony. The house was clean and well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. And we were happy to learn it had a charcoal grill, which we used one night. We also enjoyed the pools, which are very close as well. And their is an outside shower under the house, for washing sand off before going inside. We were able to fit our 5 cars in the driveway & under the house. And probably would have room for a couple more if they were smaller vehicles. This house was perfect for our family vacation with our adult children and grandbaby. We would definitely choose this house again. Also, the property manager reached out and texted about events happening in their area during the week as well, which we appreciated the extra information. We didn’t have any issues that required attention or repair.

The house was beautiful, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked, and having the extra refrigerator as well as an ice maker in the bar area is such a nice feature. For our large group, it was such a treat to be able to all sit together at the large dining table. Property managers were pleasant to deal with, and quickly addressed our minor concerns. The pool and surrounding areas are well maintained, and it was nice to have some bonus pool toys, boogie boards there as well. The beach area is not crowded at all, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Would definitely stay here again!

Heritage Shores is a nice neighborhood for families with children. The pools and beach are a close walk from the house. Our family also stayed at Blessings in June 2022. The living room furniture has been updated and the kitchen refreshed since our visit last year. What a nice surprise for us.Coastal View Vacations was great to answer any questions we had. I cannot say enough food things about Sea Salt. We have been coming to Gulf Shores/OB/Fort Morgan since I was a kid, and have stayed in many condos and houses. This year we wanted a quiet oasis away from the crowds but close enough to activities and entertainment. I don't know if I can ever stay anywhere else again. We found so much peace and joy at Sea Salt, we were looking into real estate in Morgantown by the time we left! The cleanest and most organized place we have ever stayed easily. The location in proximity to the beach was perfect, and the front porch alone was enough to keep us happy. The place is the perfect size and has just the right amount of space for a family to enjoy. It seemed like there was a peaceful place to rest or relax all over the house, including the beach garage underneath! 10/10, will stay again! Also Linda the property manager was accessible, professional, and lovely to talk to giving us tips and Morgantown events!
