We spent a wonderful week at Beach Blessings in Morgantown. Morgantown is a wonderful community with its own pools and crosswalks to the beach. Twice a week garbage is taken to the road for you and garbage cans returned.The house was located approximately 2 blocks from the beach and a block from each pool. Very convenient! Had a small grill outside that had seen better days. Within a day I was contacted by our manager and she brought over a beautiful new grill. We really appreciated this!The house itself was perfect for our family. Large kids room upstairs with two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The two bedrooms on the main level are super if you don't want to climb stairs. Appreciate the washer and dryer on the main level!There were small issues with the house but nothing that hindered us from having a great vacation!Highly recommend the Morgantown community!!!

Sandpiper is in a great location only steps from the beach. Overall the home is a great stay. Perfect size and nice layout. Very convenient and easy access to the beach. The board walk is literally in the front yard. There is room for parking four vehicles provided one is small enough to fit underneath. During our stay one of the tennis courts was usable. The net was broken on the second court. Younger kids enjoyed access to both community pools. The only issues we had were the ice makers. The frig icemaker would thaw and then refreeze causing the ice auger to lock up. We worked around that issue and it was a minor issue. The external ice maker needed cleaning and the filter had expired. No big deal if you are only using the ice in your coolers. The Morgantown community is really nice and quiet. The Sassy Bass Market just down the road was was convenient and although small had a supply of most common items. We would definitely stay in the Sandpiper again.

Family Reunion vacation getaway was just that for this property allows an experience off the beaten path, yet close enough to the tourist attractions when desired. Fort Morgan history is a must see.

Sunset was a Beautiful Home right on the beach! It was clean, well maintained and more beautiful than the pictures. The property managers were very helpful and easy/quick to contact and respond.Our family of 8 stayed at Sunset and everyone had a great time. We would recommend this home!

Plenty of room my family of 11. We visited Fort Morgan and the Zoo. We ate at Sassy Bass Amazing Grill, the food was tasty. We mostly hung out at the beach house or on the beach. The property manager introduced herself the first day never had that happen before. We had 2 hiccups that were fixed within hours. We will definitely stay here again.

They got air conditioner professionals out promptly and followed up to be sure we were satisfied. It took two trips for the repairmen to take care of everything, but Coastal View was very helpful and caring. Once the ac was properly repaired, time there was great. This was our third year in this house and we have reserved it again for next summer.

We had our family of 10 and the space was perfect! No one had to even sleep on the pullout sofa! Space was great! Furnishings and finishes were great! It was simply and beautifully decorated! Short walk to the boardwalk to the beach. Check in and check out was easy and management was great, although we didn’t really have to contact them except once and it was for something minor!

First time ever to stay in Ft Morgan. The location is perfect and the house was perfect. We were able to bring both of our pets. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent through this company again. We had absolutely zero issues. See y’all next year!

Our group of 16 (ages 11 to mid-40s) had an amazing trip. I was concerned that the property may feel cramped with all of us but was definitely not. In fact, another family joined us on the beach and for meals and there was plenty of room for 21 people. The interior seems to have been updated recently, although the shower floors have some wear (nothing gross). Nice appliances. The location is perfect if you want to be away from crowds. The Sassy Bass market around the corner was perfect to grab some ice every morning and replenish our daiquiri mix. Here are things I think are good to know. Shipt delivers groceries to this property. The air conditioning is always “iffy” on the coast, but it worked great on our stay. Never an issue with hot water. The kitchen has plenty of room to move around; pantry is huge. There is parking under the house. There is a hose and shower under the house to rinse off after the beach. There are a lot of oil/gas rigs that you can see off the coast. Not a big deal at all, but if that kind of thing bothers your view, it’s good to know. Washer and dryer have large capacities. Brooms, mops, and fans are available. We had a fantastic trip and would absolutely stay at the Commodore East again.

We really liked being so close to the beach for the quick walk as well as sitting on nicely shaded front deck and seeing and hearing the ocean. The beach and water were so nice and clear. We enjoyed the entire week in the spacious house with plenty of room to spread out and sleep. The beds were all so comfortable and having 3 KING beds was a benefit. The kitchen is beautiful and made preparing all our meals very easy and nice with lots of amenities and dishes. The ice machine is huge and a hit for sure as well as the filtered water/ice from the modern fridge. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again! Loved this home. Easy commute to the beach and pools. We brought our own golf cart but recommend just renting one. The house was great! Rooms were separated nicely! Plenty of space for our group of 10! Nice charcoal grill. One of the bedrooms, the one with the single queen bed did not have a tv. I’m not complaining. Just wanting you to be aware. I don’t have anything negative to say! If I had to come up with something I’d do different, it maybe would be to put up room darkening light colored curtains in the bedrooms. The ones that are up are pretty but your room is lit up when the sun comes up. Excellent home, well furnished with really nice finishes! I highly recommend it!

House was very modern, new, cozy, clean and exactly as photos described with all provided amenities. Beach was a short walk away and for our baseball tournament, the park was a 15 min drive. Walking distance to local restaurants and attractions. Pool was clean, private and well lit. Had a grill and outdoor furniture for all guests. It was perfect. Great property!
