Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this house. It is by far the cleanest vacation home we have stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked! Perfect for staying in and cooking. Keurig, ice maker, crockpot, kitchen aid mixer, and ninja blender were some to note on! The house had plenty of space for our 5 families with young kids. The extra living room was great for the kids to watch movies at night. The adults enjoyed the balcony which was lit up with lights! (Only note is to bring bug spray- the mosquitoes were fierce) Topping off how great the house is would be the service you get. DeeDee the property manager was amazing! It was Fourth of July week so we got to experience those festivities which she kept us up to date with. We have never had such a great experience- will definitely be staying again!

We loved the house as its location was perfect. It is so close to two boardwalks and has an awesome ocean view. The layout is also excellent and accommodates two families well. We highly recommend Dream On.

This house is a little tired, outdated and could use a deep clean. With that being said, the beds were comfy, a/c decent and the location was perfection!!

The house was great plenty of room for our party of 7. We experienced no major problems with the house, other than the pool was still closed and the wifi had no internet service. Neither of those things hurt our stay though. We had a great time and and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonable priced home for their stay, We will definitely will try to book the Stick House for our future stays now.

Words can not describe how easy it is to work with the Coastal View Vacation staff! They are so knowledgeable about how to meet your needs and work with the public! Dreamscape was perfect! It was clean comfortable and very well stockd! The owner not only meets your needs in the home but offers “beach ready” equipment. The hose and outdoor shower is a plus,als! The location of Dreamscape is perfect. The homes and families around us were super nice and felt like a real family neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and are repeat renters!

The Stick House was great very spacious for our group of 7. We did not have any major issues with the house couple of minor issues the pool was closed and the wifi had no internet service but neither of those thing stopped our vacation. All in all I would stay there again and highly recommend the house for anyone else's stay.

The house was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk room and the house was roomy enough for everyone to be comfortable. Location is perfect! Cross the street and down the boardwalk to the beach. I hope to rent again one day.

My family and I spent a little bit over a week at this property and loved every second of it! The owner of the property was very nice and reliable. the property was absolutely stunning and on a beautiful beach. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have a laid-back beach vaca!

House was outstanding inside and out. We instantly felt at home inside. We loved the view of the gulf. The beach was perfect and just steps away. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the sound of the ocean. We would love to come back.

The Stick house was a great stay enjoyed by the whole family! The house was able to accommodate two families with small children very comfortably. Two of the bedrooms had exits to the wrapped deck overlooking the pool and the pier which was a plus. Unfortunately, the pool was not open, it would have been perfect for the hot afternoons. Even with the pool closed it did not reduce the value to what this place had to offer. The beach was just a few short blocks away and was a very pleasant 5-10 minute walk. Food and grocery is very close by, we were able to bike to many different options, so no need to worry about having to drive everywhere if you choose to bring bikes along. Overall the home was clean, spacious, and close to the beach! What more can you ask for?

Excellent location with a wonderful front porch for enjoying morning coffee and relaxing evenings. Kitchen was very well equipped for those who like cooking and the floorplan is well suited for a couple with teens. We had a wonderful time at this property.

We had the greatest time! The house was AMAZING! The view when you walk in is breathtaking! Rooms are beautiful. Beach was GORGEOUS. Our 11yo loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. Our boys(14 and 15) had a blast looking at all the crabs at night(there were so many). All three kids loved the pool and snorkeling everyday! You also aren’t that far from all of the fun of Gulf Shores! This is the perfect location if you want a fun, no fuss, beautiful family vacation!

Great place to stay with a family or small group of friends. Short walk from the beach and near the boardwalk. Only thing is for the longer stay folks - make sure you have all of the basic amenities for cleaning/laundry/kitchen/bathroom.

Morgantown is a wonderful community with its own pools and crosswalks to the beach. Twice a week garbage is taken to the road for you and garbage cans returned.The house was located approximately 2 blocks from the beach and a block from each pool. Very convenient! Had a small grill outside that had seen better days. Within a day I was contacted by our manager and she brought over a beautiful new grill. We really appreciated this!The house itself was perfect for our family. Large kids room upstairs with two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The two bedrooms on the main level are super if you don't want to climb stairs. Appreciate the washer and dryer on the main level!There were small issues with the house but nothing that hindered us from having a great vacation!Highly recommend the Morgantown community!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandpiper is in a great location only steps from the beach. Overall the home is a great stay. Perfect size and nice layout. Very convenient and easy access to the beach. The board walk is literally in the front yard. There is room for parking four vehicles provided one is small enough to fit underneath. During our stay one of the tennis courts was usable. The net was broken on the second court. Younger kids enjoyed access to both community pools. The only issues we had were the ice makers. The frig icemaker would thaw and then refreeze causing the ice auger to lock up. We worked around that issue and it was a minor issue. The external ice maker needed cleaning and the filter had expired. No big deal if you are only using the ice in your coolers. The Morgantown community is really nice and quiet. The Sassy Bass Market just down the road was was convenient and although small had a supply of most common items. We would definitely stay in the Sandpiper again.

We loved Lagoon Run #209! All the amenities we needed were there, nice pool, quiet (even though there was construction), but most importantly, quick and easy access to the beach. Have two entries into the condo made it easy to keep sand out of the condo - we LOVED this!
