The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper! Waking up and being able to sit on the front porch and see/hear the ocean. The best! There were 10 of us but I never felt like we were all on top of each other. The bedrooms are spread out well and the kitchen was very spacious. The under the counter ice machine was the best. We didn’t have to worry about getting ice for coolers each day bc it was right there for us. Having the boardwalk right outside our front door was so great for the small children. Overall, our trip was great. The house could have been a bit cleaner when we got there but nothing that ruined our trip or would hinder us coming back to this exact house. We did eat out a few times and the drive into gulf shores was long at times but that’s no fault of the house. We knew we would have a bit of a drive with traffic. We loved our week at Sandpiper and hope to be back to make more memories.

We had a wonderful time! Great weather, good fishing, Blue Angels practicing, beach time .... We had it all! Wonderful interaction with Manager, Dee Dee, who was cheerful and very responsive. Great accommodations!

Our extended family had a wonderful vacation. The house”Aurora Del Mar with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths accommodated our large family. Everyone thought the house was the best we’ve rented. It was large and everyone having their own bath was great. The location is much closer walk to the beach than it appears on the map. And the pool is close too.The property manager was responsive and friendly. The deck had a large picnic table which was much needed for children to enjoy. Also a beverage refrigerator helps with having cold drinks to take to the beach.

This property is perfect, if you want to be close to the beach, but not directly on the main drag! We were very comfortable, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Especially pleased with the A/C, it kept us very comfortable on all levels. Very close to the souvenir shops and dining, especially if you take the back way. Loved the pool, 4 foot in the middle, with steps on both ends. Perfect for 8 kids, 9 y/o to 1y/o.

Good stay. House was very accommodating for 8 guests, ages 2 to 67. 3rd bathroom a plus in house this size. Everything very efficient. 5 minute walk or so to beach/boardwalk. Nice beach. Water not quite as blue and sand not as white as farther east, but clear and clean with space for everyone. Not a condo building or hotel in sight, so beach is much less crowded.

The unit was better than anticipated. Easily fit 8 of us, could have fit more. Very clean. Nice upgrades. Master bath is beautiful. Closet in master is HUGE! The views from the large window in the living space are breath taking. The private rooftop patio is well furnished and has an amazing view.You are STEPS from the sand. Easy to take items for kids and the whole family and not have to walk a mile. Overall this location is beautiful and just perfect.

My total family of 12 enjoyed our stay at Sunshine On My Shoulders. The house was clean, and we loved having a bathroom for every bedroom. Dee Dee was very helpful and we loved our stay! The beach was not crowded and beautiful as always. Looking forward to next year!!

The house was perfect for our extended family’s stay at the beach. The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked with pots, pan, cooking utensils, plates, bowls and eating utensils. Our management POC, Cheri, welcomed us to the house when we arrived and responded quickly to questions. The beach is a short walk from the house and we enjoyed the warm gulf waters and great weather. I would recommend this property to families and would not hesitate to stay there in the future.

The property highlight was clearly the various outdoor spaces with ample seating for relaxing, eating etc. The lawn was very long upon arrival but was taken care of shortly after I made the leasing company aware. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were great! The concern was the upstairs 2 bathrooms which were very worn. The hall bathroom upstairs had a non-working glass shower door that would not close and the tub had a big break that was taped together. All drains and area around were rusted and fairly dirty. Many, many lights were not working both indoors and outdoors of the property. If some of the cosmetic changes were made, I’d rent this location again. Great family time together!

We spent 7 nights and had a lovely time. The house could use a few renovations but the layout and location of this house was perfect for our 3 families with multiple children. We especially liked the back deck, balconies, ease of walking to the beach, outdoor shower, and multiple hoses made beaching so easy! The property manager was also very responsive to our needs/questions!

Would absolutely return and recommend. Home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was not full of breakable nicknacks which made it more toddler friendly. The beach was steps away, clean, and not crowded at all. We did not have pets, but this was a concern of ours. The house did not smell at all and we did not experience any pet droppings on the grounds. Though never guaranteed, the storage was full of fun beach toys and boogie boards. Each room was spacious. All ages enjoyed our stay! Thank you.
Ideas for management to consider: a pack-n-play/crib would be amazing, as well as, provided beach towels.

Our family of 18 gathered here for a week Long Beach vacay and the house was perfect! Location was great as it was just steps from the beach but only a 15 minute drive to Gulf Shores. Tennis courts and pools in the neighborhood were a great benefit. The property manager was fantastic! She was so helpful and answered any questions immediately! We would stay here again.

Had a wonderful family vacation with little kids, one of our favorite places we've stayed at down here for over the years. The pool was a perfect touch to a wonderful home and location.

We absolutely loved this vacation house. We had to change a few things around and the owner was fabulous with our circumstances. It was the perfect location for our kids, ranging from ages 2-10. It was clean and everything they put online was extremely accurate. We would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

We love Fort Morgan. This was our first stay in Morgantown. The house was just as described. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and very laid back. The beach is visible from the top deck and is only a short walk away.
Talley Ho is definitely on the second trip list.

House is amazing. Very accommodating for our family. If you plan on cooking like we do there is no where near enough cookware. Also it only has charcoal grills. Would be much nicer if a gas grill was available. Pool is exceptionally nice. We are a family of 9 and the house had enough space that we weren’t cramped. The only negative thing would be the cookware and hidden fees from VRBO.

The house/duplex was a great place to stay. Right on the beach which is great for the kids when they are bored can go back to the house and chill. Got to see a Blue Angel do stunts, dolphins feeding off shore, and the beach is essentially private. House is nothing fancy, but who cares. Just a place to lie down at the end of the day. The house/duplex was a great place to stay. Right on the beach which is great for the kids when they are bored can go back to the house and chill. Got to see a Blue Angel do stunts, dolphins feeding off shore, and the beach is essentially private. House is nothing fancy, but who cares. Just a place to lie down at the end of the day. Overall very well kept and clean.
