Our stay at Talley Ho was great!Very clean and airy.The walk to the beach is so, so easy and fast, like 5 minutes, maybe even less. Every morning I would load up our car with our beach set up and grab a nice spot, there is limited parking right there. Take the car back to the house for the day (to free up spots for those who really needed them), and then we'd bring back the car in the evening to load it all back up, easy peasy. One day we took our car on the ferry to Dauphin Island, so quaint! Just look up the ferry times online, and be aware the last two ferry's can fill up early so give yourself time to get back, or you'll have an almost 3hr drive back. We saw dolphins everyday we were at the beach and on the ferry! This was such a lovely trip in a beautiful beach house with a great location away from the Gulf Shores crowds. Highly recommend!!!! P.S. Cheri was so welcoming and gave us great tips for restaurants and places to go!

This is a great little house, right on the beach, and with fantastic views from the decking. It is attractively simple and perfect for a small family (2 adults, 2-3 kids). It's also within easy driving distance of local restaurants and stores. We had a great time, and will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our visit at Fair Winds, it was ideal for our family that included grandparents and 5 kids ages 9 to one. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and short walk to the beach. Management was good about checking in on us during our stay.

Fantastic property! Easy access to beach, pools, pickleball and more! The deck off the front of the house is a perfect place to hang out in the mornings, afternoons or evenings and big enough for the whole family!

Nice place to stay. Right on the beach. Excellent deck to spend time in the mornings and nights and can listen to the gulf waters hitting the shores. Great hosts and always responsive.

Our group of 17 had a wonderful time in the house. The views were awesome and the house was perfectly placed for everything we wanted to do. We were able to do some shoreline fishing, visit Fort Morgan and spend time on the beach. It was 30 minutes from town which was perfect for us. We want ed to me out of the traffic and busyness of the city but be close enough to get supplies we needed. Deb was very responsive and polite.

We had a great time on our vacation. There were two adults and five children on the trip and this home was perfect! It was clean and spacious and everything was just as described. You could easily walk to the beach or a pool!

This was a perfect location and the condo was super nice and had everything we needed. One helpful tip would be to leave directions for the combo oven/microwave. Master bedroom gets really warm but overall it was a great place and location and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

PERFECTION! Great location. Lagoon view and short walk to beach. Beautiful house. Exactly as in photos. Very clean. Perfect size for us. The Stick House is officially our new go to vacation spot!

This was perfect for a larger family. House was so clean and had everything we needed. The beach was just a walk over the dunes. We took a golf cart but never used it due to being right at the beach.

Place was great especially for family vacation. The pool was a plus since there were red flags on the beach. Only issue is that the pool water was warm like bath water but pool is an above ground pool so I don’t think you can change that. Plenty of space for the family and huge plus it is pet friendly.

This vacation home was amazing! My family and I loved it! The house was very spacious, and the beach was beautiful. The house had everything we needed plus more! We tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately it was already booked on our departure date. We will definitely be back and will definitely be staying for more than a week.

Our first family vacation with all 6 of our children and 3 grandbabies. We traveled from Nashville and Houston and once we arrived to DREAM ON, we felt right at home! Deb was extremely welcoming as we checked in and was super responsive our entire stay. The home was PERFECTION: beautifully decorated, extremely clean and steps away from the beach. Just what we all needed after a long drive.
The home is everything you need, especially for a big family of 13! The beach was also super clean, peaceful and not overly crowded. The location was perfect, too! Cute local market a mile away, the Dollae General a few miles away and Publix and grocery stores 15 mins away. BEST OF BOTH WORLDS: seclusion, yet convenience.
We are going to book with Deb and Dream On next summer! Y’all won’t be disappointed with booking here.

This vacation home was amazing! My family and I loved it! The house was very spacious, and the beach was beautiful. The house had everything we needed plus more! The location was perfect! Our family stayed with extended family coming through different days. The elevator was incredibly helpful for my dad, who has mobility issues. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The neighbors next door were a little loud but tolerable. The decks will need to be redone soon, as they are looking very worn in. Overall, we had a great time!

Our extended family had a wonderful vacation. The house”Aurora Del Mar with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths accommodated our large family. Everyone thought the house was the best we’ve rented. It was large and everyone having their own bath was great. The location is much closer walk to the beach than it appears on the map. And the pool is close too.The property manager was responsive and friendly. The deck had a large picnic table which was much needed for children to enjoy. Also a beverage refrigerator helps with having cold drinks to take to the beach.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed the quietness of sitting out on the balcony & ability to hear & see the beach. Walking across to the beach was an easy walk. Not crowded in the area with other visitors.
Dee Dee, the property manager reached out several times before we arrived. She gave recommendations for food, as well.

The unit was better than anticipated. Easily fit 8 of us, could have fit more. Very clean. Nice upgrades. Master bath is beautiful. Closet in master is HUGE! The views from the large window in the living space are breath taking. The private rooftop patio is well furnished and has an amazing view.You are STEPS from the sand. Easy to take items for kids and the whole family and not have to walk a mile. Overall this location is beautiful and just perfect.

Good stay. House was very accommodating for 8 guests, ages 2 to 67. 3rd bathroom a plus in house this size. Everything very efficient. 5 minute walk or so to beach/boardwalk. Nice beach. Water not quite as blue and sand not as white as farther east, but clear and clean with space for everyone. Not a condo building or hotel in sight, so beach is much less crowded.
