Deb's place in Gulf Shores was fantastic and aligned with the listing. We loved the location - the house is about a three block walk to the Hangout for dinner & entertainment. Also only 1 block from the beach that was super easy (would still suggest a rolling cooler). Plenty of parking for 6+ cars. The dual refrigerators and kitchens were great for our large group, and everyone had their own bed! Each bedroom has a bathroom as well. The pool was simple, private, and easily accessible. I would highly suggest this spot for a group trip to Gulf Shores.

The property was exactly what we needed for this vacation. The house was really nice & spacious. The outdoor space was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had booked a house but was contacted by staff letting us know there was construction near that house and we were offered a different house in the same area. We were upgraded to a large, beachfront house. The house was amazing and the staff was so pleasant and kind. We will definitely book our future vacations through Coastal View Vacations.

My family and extended family (total of 7 people) met here for a long weekend beach vacay. The house had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to the pools and tennis courts and beach. The beach was beautiful and not as busy as those closer to town. We prefer a location like this - not crazy busy like downtown Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Yet it’s close enough to those beaches too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun Kissed East. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach and away from the busy tourist area of the Gulf Shores. Being able to bring our 11 year old dog along on our family vacation was a huge plus for us and he absolutely loved it. The deck and furniture make for a very relaxing space to hangout. The house isn't anything fancy but it suited our needs just fine. Nothing can beat that view from the master bedroom, going to bed with the sounds of the ocean and waking up to that view was amazing. The house was clean for the most part, aside from the air register under the table and floors behind/under some of the furniture, minor things. There is a strong fish odor in the fridge/freezer that could probably use a few more baking soda boxes to help out but we also realized that considering the location someone may have went fishing and needed to store their fresh fish during the stay. Staff was very friendly and more than helpful with our questions. Overall we had an amazing family vacation and will most definitely be back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entry property was beautiful, view was spectacular, and we couldn't have been happier with our rental choice. The property was well equipped, with anything you could use in the kitchen, to all the necessary beach items in the storage area, which the teenagers even decided to organize them along the walls better, and the selection was more than you could anticipate to take to the beach. A nice binder was available upon entry with all the local information and management numbers for any issues. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and seeing dolphins every morning off the coast during breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything better. The only thing we noticed, was there was a small trash bag left on the upper deck and small wrappers in one of the nightstand drawers, but we quickly threw them away, and went upon our vacation. We brought friends with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Couldn't be happier and will look forward to another vacation in Morgantown, Ft Morgan, using one of your properties, hopefully this one will be available when the time comes, as we loved it so much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oh my goodness what a beautiful home. It was even better than the pictures. A huge well appointed kitchen with an enormous island was a crowd pleaser for sure. There’s a lot going on with eleven people preparing and eating various meals. Three couples enjoyed their beautiful bedrooms and large bathrooms. The shared bunk room bathroom had plenty of space to share also. The two family areas, decor, 2 fridges, fantastic laundry room and outdoor shower were all bonuses:) Our family loved the two balconies and dreck furniture ( my husband and I enjoyed it so much we bought a Pollywood set when we returned home). Accessibility to the boardwalk, beach and parking was the best yet and literally across the street from the house. To top it all off the customer service provided by Costal View Vacations was the best we have ever experienced in twenty five years of traveling to Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan area. From the very first contact with the office staff to meeting Jen on location was an absolute joy. I’d love to be Jen’s neighbor all year long. What a great person to represent your company, I felt like I had known her for years. My husband and I are thinking about becoming snowbirds and will certainly find the right fit with Costal View Vacations. A matter of fact Jen has already sent us a few possibilities:) Thanks for making the trip of a lifetime full of memories for our family. P.S. Best water pressure ever!

This condo was beautiful! The views from every room do not disappoint. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. And it just steps to the beach! Very satisfied and hope to stay again in the future!

The house is just perfect. Loads of space, open kitchen & living room area. The porch was a great spot for morning coffee & evening drinks. Literally just across the street from the beach, no more than 3-4 minutes from the door to the water. The neighborhood was very quiet and there’s loads of space on the beach. We were at least 100 feet either way to anyone else. Can’t wait to stay again.

Such a beautiful and convenient stay! Right next to a board walk and a short walk to the beach. We brought our pup and they even had a dog gate! Also included beach chairs/other accessories. The place was spotless and well decorated, with lots of space. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay this year! We love being right on the beach! This is the perfect spot for our family! We stayed in Silver Dunes West in 2022, and that is why we returned for 2023! I hope to rent again in 2024!

Great proximity to the beach! Best stocked kitchen of any property we’ve stayed at! Clean and welcoming home. Nice pools and safe neighborhood. We went for walks and runs in the evenings and felt very safe. The beach was clean and nice. Only thing I would mention is if you have a taller vehicle it may not fit in the under the home parking space available. We loved that the home had a hose and shower under the home to wash off the sand after the beach. The home even had some beach toys and a wagon to use during our stay! Would definitely book again!

We usually stay at the beach club at Fort Morgan and chose to stay in a house this year as we were bringing both sets of in laws. This house was perfect. The rooms were a great size and the house was super clean. The pool had the perfect design. Loved staying here and will be back soon.

Had a very pleasant stay. Property was very nice and as advertised. Beach conditions were great. We noticed lots of fish, gulls, pelicans, and dolphins… great to see such abundant life and a healthy gulf coast. The property is a little distanced from Gulf Shores which we knew, but for others less familiar with the area, just plan on a little extra travel time getting to and from Gulf shores attractions and restaurants. We also had a bit of trouble finding tent rentals due to Morgantown area, but the property fortunately had some tents in the beach closet which were a life saver. Much appreciated. We would stay again. Thanks!

The house is the perfect location to the beach. The pool was a plus. We had 2 families stay so there was plenty of room for 9 of us. Dishwasher didn’t work during our stay. We called the property manager who sent someone over, but it wasn’t repaired during our trip. House was clean but could definitely be deep cleaned as there were dust bunnies under furniture and mold in showers. Beautiful home overall.

Every morning I would load up our car with our beach set up and grab a nice spot, there is limited parking right there. Take the car back to the house for the day (to free up spots for those who really needed them), and then we'd bring back the car in the evening to load it all back up, easy peasy. One day we took our car on the ferry to Dauphin Island, so quaint! Just look up the ferry times online, and be aware the last two ferry's can fill up early so give yourself time to get back, or you'll have an almost 3hr drive back. We saw dolphins everyday we were at the beach and on the ferry! This was such a lovely trip in a beautiful beach house with a great location away from the Gulf Shores crowds. Highly recommend!!!! P.S. Cheri was so welcoming and gave us great tips for restaurants and places to go!

We loved the house and it location close to the beach! Spacious with comfortable beds. The hot water pressure was great for 13-14 people! A/C worked well. Dishwasher made for very hot clean utensils and plates. The video gamers were able to hook up Nintendo Switch to the TV. We would stay there again!

This home was perfect! Beautifully decorated, kitchen is fully stocked. We truly didn't need to bring anything. Plenty of room for all my family. Being able to just walk out the back door and down to the beach was exactly what we wanted. On the rainy days, sitting in the screened in backporch watching the ocean was so relaxing. The beach area is always clean. Absolutely perfect. Cherie, the property manager, was the best. She checked in with us often, visited with us on the beach and offered great dining suggestions. She's a wonderful person.
