Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay. The house is large and well taken care of. The beach is a several minute walk away; there are places to park and walk across to the beach for a shortened walk. The office also reached out to make sure everything was good and to let us know if we needed anything to just let them know.We also had our pets with us and greatly appreciated the fenced yard.

The house was in very hood shape. The elevator was extremely helpful for my elderly fathe in law and it was great for bringing all our luggage up and down.

This house is fantastic!! Plenty of room for all 14 of us. The kids loved the bunk room! Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having the icemaker and 2 fridges. Living room had plenty of seating. And the views!!! We could watch the sunset from the dining room/living room or from the deck. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. Beach was not crowded and we loved being right on the beach! I wish I had asked before I brought all of this with us, but the house has a closet full of beach toys, chairs, etc for guests to use. There was also a crockpot, hair dryers in every bathroom, board games and a pack n play. This is our second stay in Morgantown. We love the area and the amenities.This has become our place to go for a beach vacation. Also our second time renting a home thru Coastal View Vacations. I won't hesitate to rent thru them again! They're great!

The home is great. Right on the beach is the best. Every room had a great view and its own bathroom. We would definitely choose this place again. The kitchen could use a bit more table wear but other than that it was perfect.

The Pelican Perch served as a great house for two families to get together for a week. It’s a great spot at the end of the cul-de-sac, yet very walkable to the beach.

This was a fantastic property for 12 guys on a golf trip. Access to the beach was amazing, kitchen stocked with every utensil you could imagine, beds were very comfortable although the bunk room is definitely made for kids. We had no issues with anything really and was impressed with water pressure and hot water. Layout of home is very good for such a large group. 10 out of 10.

Our stay at All In was great! The check in process was easy and the property manager (Dee Dee) was very helpful. The beach house is situated in the best spot to catch the sunrise and sunset every day! We will be back!

Would definitely stay again. Easy to get to beach. Tons of space for everyone. My only recommendation would be to have a rug in the foyer to catch some of the sand and at the kitchen sink.

We loved this location so much our first time, we came for a second stay. We had beautiful weather, we were directly on the private beach, and it is a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a quiet getaway with our family. The kitchen was a little small for our growing family, but we knew this going in. We brought most of our things to cook most meals, but could have used simple things like cooking spray or aluminum foil which we forgot, and a few more sets of cutlery. There were spices available and plenty of utensils to cook with. The hosts are very helpful and extremely responsive, with restaurant recommendations and anything else you may need. Recommend this property!

We had a great week staying at All In Too. It was a perfect spot for our family of 7. We had plenty of room to spread out and having 4 bathrooms was wonderful. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This was our second time renting this Sun Kiss East. The property managers swing by to check on us. They were very attentive. Perfect area for us guys to fish. (Close to the point). Very clean rental. Very trustworthy people to rent from. We will see you next year. Curtis family

Our original house canceled on us three weeks before our vacation due to unforeseen circumstances, luckily this house was available to fit our large group! Of course, I looked at pictures, but the house was even better in person than it was online. It was very clean, the kitchen was so well stocked, probably the most well equipped kitchen we have had. We have been coming to this area for over 10 years with a large group of friends and this year was definitely one of the best. We had great communication with the property manager, she addressed our questions immediately as well. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the beach was easily accessible. Wonderful house and we highly recommend it!

This house is in the Morgantown neighborhood. It was an about 4 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the pool & tennis courts. However - you can easily drive and park at the public beach access (or drop off there) so that was easy and convenient. Quite frankly I preferred driving over so we didn’t have to lug everything to the beach - there’s enough of that going from the parking lot to the set up spot anyway already!
Morgantown is a spectacular neighborhood. We brought our dog and walked him multiple times a day (very little traffic) and we also took our dog to the beach several times - the beach is a pet friendly one!
The house itself is great. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill, and privacy of the back yard being essentially forested - there are no neighbors behind the house.
Plenty of parking too!
I will just mention that everything is up. The home is on stilts so you park underneath, & climb a flight of stairs to enter. Two of the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at A Wave We Go! I traveled with my husband and two kids (5 & 8) plus our large mastiff. We loved that this house was pet friendly without size limits- most don’t allow large dogs! The house was very comfortable and larger than we technically needed per our person count. We would love to come back with more family next time! The proximity to the beach was so great, quick walk at the end of the road, made rolling our fishing cart a breeze. Literally next door to Sassy Bass restaurant and market which is stocked full of all of way more than I expected. The beds were SO comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The property manager was friendly & quick to respond when I had questions. Nothing in the house seemed to need attention or fixing and all information matched the listing. I would definitely recommend a stay here at A Wave We Go!

Rental was nice but a bit dirty in places. Coastal staff volunteered to recreate but we declined. It was not something we could not do during our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities were very nice. Love the view.. morgantown is our absolute favorite place to stay.

We decided last minute we wanted a trip to the beach for fall break. We wanted to be directly on the beach and this place did not disappoint. The view of the ocean from the balcony can’t be beat. The condo is on the smaller side and for a family with smaller kids it would be absolutely perfect. For those with teenage man kids the bunks are a little on the smaller side side. We made it work and would definitely book this property again if we needed to. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was a fantastic last minute getaway.

Our stay at Dream On was wonderful. Spacious house with a view and a short walk to the beach was just what we were looking for. We love brining our goldendoodles that love to play on the sand and this house was so accommodating for us. We had all of the essentials and were able to relax and enjoy the week with no worries.
