This property is wonderful if you love privacy and being right on the beach! At night we enjoyed the spacious deck.

Great location but neighborhood was unkept. Property needed some upkeep especially on the decks. Plenty of space for our group.

The house was great. Everything was clean and organized. Only 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. We hope to stay there again soon. The booking staff were great to work with.

Excellent customer service, in fact within an hour of calling. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this property again and use Coastal Vacations as a rental agent. We had the most wonderful time at this perfect cottage right on the beach! Beautifully decorated, awesome kitchen & supplies, comfy beds, fabulous views (loved all the windows). And top it off with the roomy, covered porch and short walk to beach. We were so grateful such a terrific spot also welcomes dogs; we took our sweet girl for her first beach visit ever - she loved it equally as much. Thank you to the owners for sharing your fantastic spot. (And to the cleaning crew for making it sparkling & welcoming!)

Excellent customer service, in fact within an hour of calling. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this property again and use Coastal Vacations as a rental agent. My husband and I needed a getaway that was pet friendly. THis gem was the perfect place. Close to all the Ft Morgan resturants but still quiet.Every morning and every evening were spent relaxing on the porch

The property was clean and beautifully decorated. It was roomy and had a great outdoor space with a beautiful view. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. We liked it so much that we will be staying there again next year.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunshine at Fort Morgan. The house was clean neat and just a short walk to the beach. The only thing we did not like was that there were way to many Knick knacks around the house. Covered every table,corner etc. was a little hard for crawling babies with things on the floors in corners everywhere. The dressers and tables in the bedrooms along with bathroom countertops were covered with Knick knacks too. You didn’t have much room if any to put your own things down. Overall very nice house and would stay again.

There was a red flag the entire time we were there, but it didn't stop us from getting shells and enjoying the beautiful weather. The house was amazing with plenty of room for everyone. I loved the sizes of the halls, and every time something came up Dee was right there to help. I did leave a couple of things and it was sent back super quick. I just wanted to stay forever. It was fantastic

We had a great stay at Rolf's Retreat! Deb took care of an issue quickly and it didn't impact our stay at all. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bedrooms had enough space for everyone. It was nice not having to load everyone in the car to get to the beach.

Everything about our trip was lovely. The house is huge, very nice, and well kept. Two wrap around porches for relaxing up or downstairs was great. The beach in the area was beautiful and low traffic. Excellent place to stay.

We have 2 other couples that are our friends that live in different parts of the country. We met up in Gulf Shores for the week for vacation. This condo was great for us. It was plenty big that everyone had enough room. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was clean and the view was amazing. We had one issue during our stay and they took care of it. Things happen and honestly that's all you can ask for. We are looking into renting this condo again next year for our group.

The beach house was very nice and clean. Everything you would need for a great vacation. The location was great for us. A little ways from the beach but not too far. The fenced in area was wonderful for our Daisy. The neighborhood was so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was wonderful. We completely enjoyed our week long stay. This house had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. We are familiar with this area and really enjoy the quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach.

There were 14 of us in the house, 8 adults and 4 children. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was perfect, as we ate most meals at the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the utensils, plates, bowls, pots, and pans, etc. that we needed... Probably the most well equipped we’ve ever stayed in. We had no issues but the property manager was available to us when we called with questions. We will most definitely be booking a stay here again. The location was perfect, a nice private beach behind the house to ourselves!!

The location cannot be beat for a non-beachfront house. We had a wonderful time - great views and each of the porches came in handy during different times of the day and evening. There is some wear & tear on the house (broken/loose steps at the back, loose doorknobs, etc.) but we felt the property was priced accordingly. The home is for sale and I hope the next owners spruce things up before we come back to stay here again (and we certainly plan to do so!).
