This was our second year of staying at coastal landing. The house is well designed, well equipped, has extremely comfortable beds, and located in a great neighborhood. The property manager, Linda, is extremely helpful and responses quickly if you have any needs or concerns. She even stopped by with a special treat on Valentine’s Day. We love going to Morgantown and spending the month there in this lovely home.

Once again Surfside & Coastal View did not disappoint! This is our 3rd winter renting Surfside and it continues to be an awesome place to stay. Thanks to Jen in the office & our “house mother” DeeDee we will continue to spend our winter at Surfside with Coastal View.

She is so easy to work with and gets back with answers to questions same day. Creating a reservation and payment processing was very easy. We stayed for 3 months this winter at Dream On and love everything about this house. It is great to have everything on one floor. The view beachside is stunning with a large deck and screen porch overlooking the ocean and beach. During December we had the privilege of the Blue Angels practicing right in front of Fort Morgan beach 2-3 times a day. The kitchen and dining area are spacious and it has everything you need to make large or small family meals. We appreciated the Keurig duo coffee maker as we both drink different blends. Bedrooms are spacious and it was nice to have bedrooms on both sides of the house when family came to visit for a week at a time. Everyone loved the large sectional couch and mentioned how comfortable it was. Morgantown is a beautiful and safe neighborhood where everyone is friendly and dog walking is a lifestyle plus it was fantastic to be able yo take our dog only the beach and for the most part most people follow the guidelines and keep their furry friends on a leash and pickup after them. Pools are clean and well maintained. Water is Not heated but that wouldn’t stop my 9 year old nephew from enjoying the pool and brisk swim. My only suggestion is to touch up paint on front rails and master bathroom and guest bath trim. It was also disappointing to not have a working gas fireplace for a few cold snaps during January. Other than that it truly is a Dream of a Vacation Home. We also appreciated the fantastic help from DeeDee and her Husband. Both are so friendly and always only a phone call or text away from problem solving with a smile. We really enjoyed our stay in Longview for three weeks in Jan/Feb. The dog friendly property and beach completely met our needs and expectations. The property manager was very helpful in resolving some small issues upon our arrivals.
