We stayed with a group of 18. Everything was wonderful. The house location is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked. The views from the top deck are breathtaking. The elevator was a huge plus for our handicap daughter and they even had a bath chair in the master bathroom. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

IN LOVE with this cute beach house. We had quite 4 children, 4 adults, and a 8 month old with us and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was absolutely perfect and the views were incredible. The walk to the beach was short and easy and the beach wasn't overcrowded in our area at all. The kids and I are already planning our trip back. Would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone looking.

My family and I loved everything about the Home. There was plenty of space for everyone. I have a family of 5 that stayed there plus my mother in law and my daughter's friend. 7 people total and everyone had plenty of space. The Home was beautiful and perfect location for a beach vacation. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to stores nearby. I'd definitely consider this Home again on another GulfShores vacation. Property Management was awesome, quick to answer any questions. Very friendly, even came and met us the 1st morning. One of the best Management I've dealt with.

This home was so wonderful that we extended our stay! Literally steps from the beach with beautiful views and the inside is comfortable and welcoming. Every bedroom was great, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was super helpful. The property manager was wonderful, kept in communication with us through text, took down our trash, made check in super easy and even took the time to introduce herself! Communication on Air BNB was superb. When we wanted to extend our stay they went above and beyond to make it possible. Being able to take our dog with us, not only to the house, but actually on the beach was so much fun!Pulled out the calendar on the way home to pick a date when we can come back! We will 100% stay here again!!

Loved the Crabby Daddy! Was nice to have both lagoon and beach access. Space was laid out well and very nice. Slept 6 people very comfortably.

This is an awesome beach house to live in. The location is perfect and we enjoyed the view very well. Also, our kids and dog were very happy at this place. The only small suggestion is there were a lot of small biting flies around the house. We got several bites from the small flies staying on the deck, and it may be great if you can treat them.

We absolutely love Sun Kissed East! Itās perfect for our family and weāve enjoyed several Spring Breaks here, and will definitely be back! Itās right on the beach and we leave the doors open at night to listen to the waves on the sand! Just enough room for our family of 5 to be completely comfortable!

We had an amzing stay in Morgantown on our family spring break. We drove a long way from Kansas City and found the home to be a perfect size for my husband and I and our 3 kids. My 13 year old had his own room and my 2 youngest shared a room with 2 twins. We had our own space and balcony upstairs. The house had a yard which was very convenient because we brought our dog along. the family room had plenty of space for us to enjoy a movie together after a long day at the beach. Beach was a very quick walk from the property and my boys enjoyed playing in the sand and in the waves. It is about 20 minutes from Gulf Shores proper, but there are a few restaurants nearby and a dollar general for all your needs. We loved our stay!

Our 4th year coming to Fort Morgan, we love this neighborhood, quiet, close to Kiva Dunes where I play golf in the winter, only 15-20 min into GS and such a "walk-able" neighborhood we love it. Fenced in yard is the only thing we'd recommend "tightening up" our dogs did get out once (although we have no idea how) but there are some loose spots in the fence. Thank you for a great stay!

This is our 4th year coming to Fort Morgan for the winter. We love this location, the neighborhood is quiet, we enjoy walking the neighborhood, I play Kiva Dune golf course while here so this location is ideal for us, plus we like to be away from the Gulf Shores crowds, but with a short 15 min drive we can spend the day there too.
The Property Manager was excellent! We work remotely and when we first arrived, we had slow wifi, but she got on the phone with the service provider and got the situation resolved very quickly, outstanding job!
When we booked, a huge plus was the fenced in yard to let our dogs out. Our only "negative" and it's really nothing major, was the fenced in area does need a little "tightening up". Our dogs did get out once, we're still not sure how or where, but there are a few spots where the fence is a bit loose. Nothing that would stop us from re-booking the house.
The size for (2) people was perfect, I would not want to have more than (2) adults here though. The second bedroom for smaller kids would be fine, but as an adult I think it would be less desirable.
All-in-all a great house for us and again the property manager was excellent.

Out boys high school soccer team and two coaches stayed here during a 4 day tournament in Foley. The location was perfect to give the boys access to the beach while secluded enough for the coaches to relax. The property is amazing and coach already wants to book it for next years tournament.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary here and we had a Great time! The house is beautiful and we had everything we needed! The views are spectacular!

I have searched for beachfront properties where I could simply walk out on the beach! So many listings are deceptive and that was upsetting to me. This property has a balcony overlooking the ocean. You walk thru the pool area onto the beach! Groceries, souvenir shops, restaurants and even church are 3-5 min drive. Not super crowded on beach and more family friendly area in general.

Overall the stay was wonderful. There was a note about the broken table on the porch, however the dining table collapsed in the middle of a card game. We had tools to repair it but the construction of it was questionable. Additionally, there was paint dripped all over, in sinks, showers, tub, and counters. We had fun anyway.

We couldnāt be happier with our experience at this location. Itās perfect distance from both the beach and a really nice restaurant and market (Sassy Bass) which is great, because on our trip to the beach we ended up having vehicle issues and had to put our truck in the shop for our stay.
We didnāt miss it too much at all with the walk ability of this location! Upon time for us to go the team went above and beyond to help us out of a pickle, as our vehicle took longer than expected to get fixed. They put us up in another house nearby so we could wait for the repairs to be finished.
I would stay with Coastal View Vacations again if staying in Fort Morgan. They really took care of us and helped us feel less stranded while waiting on vehicle repairs.

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family. Loved having 4 bathrooms and the spacious kitchen for cooking meals. Elderly parents were able to get to the beach easily each day via the private boardwalk, and were able to navigate the half flight of steps in the back to use the ramp for going inside the house from the covered parking. Views were great. Hard to beat being able to hear seabirds and waves from our own screened porch and decks!

Our family of 11 adults and 2 dogs stayed at All In over spring break. The house was everything advertised. We loved the location between Tacky Jack's and Sassy Bass and the beach was right out off the deck. DeeDee was an amazing on-site property manager and we enjoyed getting to know her as we worked together through a couple of small inconveniences. We will be back.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location right on the beach was wonderful. So, of course, the views were amazing whether inside the house or sitting out in the covered deck. We loved it, just the thing we were looking forā¦a beautiful beach getaway.
