Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Sawgrass Pointe was outstanding! The property was exactly as described and photographed in the listing. The split floor plan was excellent, and the house was clean and well-furnished. Beyond the stellar beach views this house provides, the main things that attracted us to this particular property were the quiet location and the single-story house. Many other comparable vacation rentals are multi-level, which would have been a safety concern for our child with developmental delays. It's nice and flat besides the stairs to get into the house. The property management team was super responsive via text when we had some questions upon arriving. The home sits in a charming, well-maintained, and quiet community. We ordered carry-out several times from Tacky Jack's 2 and the Sassy Bass. Delicious food and only a few minutes drive from the property. By far the most quiet and peaceful beach vacation we've ever had. I highly recommend Sawgrass Pointe for your next family vacation or getaway! We would absolutely stay there again!

The house was perfect for our group of friends. 3 master bedrooms made everyone so comfortable, and the amount of bathrooms made it perfect (no sharing). The property manager was so helpful when we thought the ice maker wasn't working properly. End result was the ice had frozen in the top before dropping. Once we got that off, it ran perfect the remainder of the trip. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful condo on the lagoon side. Everything at your fingertips for a great stay. Close to beach, restaurants, groceries and shops.

Perfect place!! Steps from the water, better inside than the pics show. Love it. Only disappointed things was most places leave things like basic condiments, salt pepper etc. However, they clean house. You have to buy everything so plan accordingly. It was perfect location and can’t waist to return

This condo was very clean, well stocked and roomy. I actually met the owner who was very nice. We will definitely stay at Gulf House 501 again!

Our family of 15 had a great stay! We had plenty of room and the house is beautifully decorated. Property management was very quick to respond and very kind and gracious. We found that we used all 3 refrigerators and the mini kitchen downstairs was a very nice convenience. The ping pong table was a huge hit. The kitchen had everything we needed and the golf cart was essential for trips to beach for grand parents and young children. It was wonderful!

The house was nice, clean and had soft beds. Washer and dryer was very handy. Had several crabs visit into the pool but the kids enjoyed scooping them out. Uber rides were used, that was a plus for us going to the hangout and dinners out. Door dash delivery doesnt go to the house but sassys pizza down the road does if you want a good pizza.

Awesome in every way. The house was perfect for our multi generational family. Also a PLUS, our family dog, Malachi was able to join us. Loved the view and the sounds of the Gulf waves. My husband was able to take his wheelchair down the boardwalk to the beach. This is huge if you have mobility issues.

What a wonderful weekend we had at the Port Hole. Just an easy walk to the beach and a beautiful home, it was the perfect, quiet location for us away from the crowds. Can’t wait to stay again soon!

We have been to Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan several times with our kids. This was the first time as empty nesters and it was perfect. The size was great and the proximity to the beach was even better. 30 steps tops!! Fort Morgan offers more privacy and less crowds. If you’re looking for a small quaint relaxing spot, this is it!

This beach front home was an amazing place for our large family vacation. Just steps from the beach with plenty of room for us all to have some personal space and large living and dining areas to gather for meals and games, we will definitely come back! Also the owners reached and were so friendly, warning us about weather and checking in on us!

Amazing stay! Home was perfect for our family with littles. The added baby gates installed at critical stairways was a nice bonus. Short walk across the street to beach was just perfect. Home had plenty of space, all the necessary kitchen tools and the ICE machine was a HUGE plus. We will be back soon!

We’ve visited Fort Morgan many times over the years and stayed in a bunch of different houses and condos. This was definitely one of the best houses and the management was top notch. Highly recommend.

We love Fair Winds. This was our third visit. We love the location to the beach and the community pool. We had a great stay. Management mailed an item we left behind and was so thankful for their attention to detail. One suggestion might be to bring an electric fan so you can enjoy the porches more. Gnats (no-see-ums), are a problem in ALL of lower Alabama!!

Easy walk to beach and pools, wonderful views and great communication/information regarding the entire rental process. Second time renting with Coastal View Vacations and cannot say enough good things about the experience.
