My family and I have stayed in Gulf Shores many times. This is the first time we have stayed in Morgantown. We thoroughly enjoyed it especially the easy access to the beach.

Nice little house right next to the beach. The beach was amazing. We had a grand view from the balcony and could even see fireworks down the beach toward Gulf Shores. My only issue was a miscommunication from the property manager telling us there was a charcoal grill on site. Accordingly, I provisioned to grill. At arrival no grill could be located. I was informed it had to be removed for insurance reasons. This left me with supplies I did not need for food I could not cook properly. We adapted and ate in foley at Lamberts III and Mellow Mushroom. Both are great places.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family visited Mer Sea over the Memorial Day weekend. The only complaint was that the previous tenants must have had a cat because the chair in the living room. Overall, we enjoyed our long weekend at Mer Sea.

My family visited Mer Sea over the Memorial Day weekend. The house was spacious enough to hold all 13 of us however the bunk room mattresses were very thin and would be more appropriate for small children rather than the adult teenagers we had. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook with as well as a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. The front porch is big and has plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the small view of the ocean. Across the street and about 5 houses down from the beach, the walk was not bad at all. The place was nice. But lots of dog hair. Vacuumed and the vacuum smelled like wet dog. Just a heads up, other than that everything was good

This was our first stay in Gulf Shores and will definitely not be the last. Booking and check-in/check-out was easy. The house is beautiful and well designed and decorated. ALL of the amenities of home made it truly feel like home away from home. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Located in a cul de sac so very private. Beach was a chill ten minute walk. And if you’re not feeling the beach the pools are a very welcome alternative. Our host made sure to communicate all activities going on during our stay and was very attentive. If you are traveling with just friends or friends and family, you will love this home.

Property is a short walk to the beach. My grandkids and fur baby had a blast. Property mgmt checked in on is to make sure everything was fine and sent us a message about a fireworks show scheduled Sunday night.

Our group of 10 very much enjoyed our stay. The walk to the water is next to nothing. Very convenient with a baby and lots of small children. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, etc we needed. The beach wasn’t very crowded. The pool was nice and clean. The main attractions of Gulf Shores are a bit of a drive, 25-30 minutes, but there are several nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the seclusion and lack of traffic/people. Would highly recommend.

Great property in Gulf Shores. Husband & I stayed there with our son & his friend (18year olds) while they went to Hangout Festival. Great location. Pool was perfect and yard was great for the doggies. (Note: there are big gaps between the bottom of fence and the ground which would allow more adventurous dogs to escape but ours wanted to stay close by us so it wasn’t a problem for us) . Basics in the kitchen, you will need to bring everything for cooking- no leftover supply of spices or plastic wrap etc. Also bring towels, toys, floats, wagon or anything needed for pool or beach. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Property management company is awesome and great with communication!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Property description was accurate and even surpassed our expectations. Property was clean and well maintained. The management company was excellent and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property. This was a trip of 5 high school senior girls and 3 moms. It was just right and the beach/access was just what we wanted. The location is quiet and about 20 min from shopping and restaurants. We hope to go back!

This home has a perfect location, directly on a quiet beach! There was plenty of space for our group of 3 families of friends. The home was nice and clean and everything was as described! The only thing I would add to this home would be a doormat at the door to help with wiping sand off of feet. We had a wonderful time and made so many memories!

We absolutely loved this place! Plenty of space for a family of seven. We loved the beach access for the children, it was both easy and safe. The home was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. Very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

This is a very cozy private beautiful home. Extremely well furnished. The property manager is so friendly and attentive! Highly recommend this stay, unless you don’t like stairs :)
