I loved that we were right on the beach. It was easy to get our chairs and umbrellas down and back up each day. The beach area around us was more crowded than I like, but that was due to the size of the neighborhood.

This was our first beach house experience! Our family of 4 adults had plenty of room and privacy. The house was nicely decorated and had all the amenities you need. The walk to the beach wasnt bad at all and the house had 3 beach chairs to use! Having a pool is a big bonus! Fort Morgan is a peaceful place! Highly recommend Coastal Time Beach House. Property manager is very responsive!

We wanted something that had ease of access to the beach and this did it! It worked out wonderfully for our family and was super convenient for the two-year-old to go up and take naps! Loved having so many bedrooms and baths! Loved, loved having the commercial ice maker. Saved money and trips to the store! Our only disappointment, which has nothing to do with Freedom II, was that so many people left their tents and umbrellas, etc., up all night. Thought that was a little disrespectful to the rules!

We had such a great stay at the Grammont. The home was nice and well furnished. It's in a fabulous location very near the boardwalk. Ft Morgan and Morgantown is such a fabulous area. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. We have 6 children and the home accommodated us well. We loved our stay.

We had a wonderful week at the beach! It was exactly as described! The beach was so accessible and pool was perfect! The house was clean and spacious. We loved having a sofa that could fit all 6 of us comfortably!!

Everything was great with this house!!!
Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized.
We were able to do everything we wanted including walking on the beach in the mornings. Would recommend this house to everyone and I hope someday we can come back!!
I also loved the fact that the manager checked in with us to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything!!!. To me that is Great customer service most places you never hear from anyone."
The driveway, it's somewhat narrow, so backing up was a little challenging with our big van, but thanks to Alyson the property manager we were able to get some help really fast. some signs or poles to identify the edge of the driveway will save gest an unexpected expense!

Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing house that we had our family vacation on this year with both of our moms, uncle and kids. There were tons of seats and things to use in the downstairs storage and we also left a couple of umbrellas. The only thing I would suggest is maybe putting a sign up on that second Landing of the deck facing the beach designating that area as privately owned with the house rental. We would go down very early in the morning and set up all of our chairs to mark our spot otherwise people going down that walkway on the side would set up camp directly in front of the house. There was only one incident when a very large group of a family with a big tent went down and tried to set up just a couple of feet directly in front of our chairs and I went down and addressed it with him and they moved over although they work not very nice about it. I contacted the property management company prior to saying anything and they said they would be willing to go talk to them if we needed to. The property management company was always very responsive and wonderful. The afternoon of the last day we did have a new family we had not seen that parked in our driveway even though there were private property signs of and walked through our deck and use our walkway instead of the public one. We told them it was no big deal as we were leaving the next day but showed them where the public walkway was and they were very kind about it and appreciative. That wonderful deck and screened in porch area alone as well worth renting this property!

You can see the ocean from the deck. Although the water was too rough for two days, all the grandchildren went swimming in the pools. Key lime pies from Sarah’s homemade were delicious. This house has six bedrooms and we filled them all. Coastal view vacations staff are responsive and friendly with our needs.thanks!

Only a couple of minor areas that need improvement. It was very junky under the house with broken chairs,beachtoys,trash, etc. that had been left by previous guests. The property manager came by to check on us. We informed her and she said she would take care of it. She was very friendly. The only other thing is none of the outside deck lights worked. Some had no bulbs at all. Overall, we love this house and hope to come back and enjoy another vacation here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 16 ranging in ages from one to eighty-three just spent a week in Abracadabra and loved it. The house accommodated us well (as advertised), and the location was great -- a short walk to the beach or the swimming pool and a short drive (4 miles) to a Dollar General for those last-minute things you may have forgotten. Big beach houses come with stairs (see photo), so if you are traveling with very small children, you might want to pack a couple of baby gates. For those little ones, there's a large area of clean sand under the house to play in the shade. Kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with plenty of glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and small appliances. The ice machine and the drink fridge were unexpected plusses. Even with as many people as we had, we had no trouble keeping plenty of cold drinks and ice at hand. There are plenty of bath towels (don't forget your own beach towels), plus a laundry room. All the equipment was up-to-date and in good working order. Our family has stayed on the Fort Morgan peninsula many times over the years and love the area, and Abracadabra is a perfect house for our clan. We hope to return one day.

This was our second stay at Aurora Del Mar and we all enjoyed our stay. The beach access is a short walk. You can see the ocean from the deck. It was a great location and the condo was very cute with a great view! The only negative is that the bed was too hard for our taste. I have back and hip issues and this made sleeping a little difficult. Others may not have this issue, but I did. The people I worked with were very nice and overall we had a very nice trip!!

Noah/s Ark did not disappoint! Right on the beach, and a lovely home. We had one issue with electrical outlet not working to charge our golf cart and it was resolved within 2 hours. We highly recommended this property and working with Coastal View Vacations.

Linda, property manager, does a good job of keeping it that way. Jen is always helpful in getting our reservation in early. Third time for a family vacation at Morgantown and this is the best for families in our view. Pet friendly, pools for beach alternative for the kids, short walk to the beach. House was great. All the kitchen necessities plus more. Wagon to trek to the beach and outside show and hose. Downstairs laundry with under-house access was great.

Beach Retreat was very clean and well-stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and well-kept. A two minute walk took us to the beach. We never ran out of hot water, even with all 9 of us showering after the beach. The beds were spacious and comfortable. We were short one set of sheets and the property manager solved that within the hour. We highly recommend Beach Retreat and plan to stay again.
