This spot was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The space was comfortable, well decorated, and clean. The location was perfect. My husband and I were able to easily access the lagoon and beach and everything else was just a short, scenic drive away. It’s a perfect little oasis! Thank you for having us. We will be back!

We love the property. First time staying in Morgantown and loved it. Boardwalk to beach right next door. Weather was perfect for whole week we were there. Definitely will be back. Everything was wonderful from booking to check out.

This was a great place to stay. The positives far outweighed any negatives. The condo was nicely furnished. The kitchen, living area and the balcony were the best parts of the condo. You can see the ocean no matter where you are standing in these areas. Check in was easy. Covered parking was super helpful. From our assigned covered parking space to the front door of the condo via the elevator took about 2 minutes. Extremely convenient. Access to the beach was also very close. Condo complex is right on the beach. The only negatives that my wife and I experienced was that the mattress on the bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were also not very comfortable. And the main bedroom was right by the front door which means there was a window to the outside hallway and main elevator access. The window was sufficiently covered so no one could see into the room, but I think we would have liked a little more privacy than we felt. This condo is all about location and easy access to the beach! We would stay here again.

This was our first time staying in Morgantown. We enjoyed the development and this house. While there is some wear and tear on the outside, the house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the house stayed cool, the washer and dryer worked well, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean. We also enjoyed the porch and the fenced in backyard for our dog. Altogether, we are very pleased with our rental. Thank you for a great week at the beach.

We had two families coming together with 7 kids and this house worked just perfectly for us. The bunk room was an awesome space for them to all be together. The back patio was perfect for all of us to spread out and many crafts, games and activities were accomplished out there. Just what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! The immediate beach access was wonderful! . The property is well done and very nice. The only thing was the master bedroom mattress was extremely hard and not very comfortable. That was the only downcheck. Highly recommend it!!!

This property is beautiful, updated, and stylish. It was easy to find. Quick walk to the beach. The windows are big and generous through the house, affording great views! It had a pleasant, neutral smell. It was very clean. Nice having both the keurig and regular pot. The bunk beds are nice and spacious and there's actually room for the kids to sit on the lower one without bumping their heads. The laundry room is nice - full size washer and dryer. The mattress in the master is VERY squeaky on the side by the bathroom. A couple suggestions to other renters - bring hand soap for the sinks. There's just scented body bars. Bring night lights.. It's very dark and there's only overhead lighting, none by the bed that you can cut on. A couple suggestions to the owner if you see this! Nightstand lamps by the bed upstairs would be helpful. (Once you cut off the overhead light, which is the only one in the room, it's pitch dark trying to walk back to the bed.) The upstairs master has zero furniture which makes a sleek look but there's nowhere to set items. Perhaps add some luggage racks since there's no dresser or furniture to sit suitcases on?

We have been staying at this place for vacation for the last 5 years, and we absolutely love it. Our favorite things are the location, the huge windows looking out into the gulf, and the ramp that replaces the stairs. Also- we had a minor issue w the washer, and the property manager was so quick to respond and fix the issue, and was so pleasant.

Beautiful home, very clean and fit all of our needs. Short walk to the beach but still had the beach views. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Not a lot of busy touristy traffic which we prefer and quiet neighborhood.

We have been staying in this home for the past 5 years, and each time has been wonderful. The updates they have done over the past couple years have been great. The location is fantastic, but our favorite things about the house are the huge windows facing the ocean, and the ramp, instead of stairs.
