We loved our stay at A Wave We Go! super quiet, close proximity to beach and Sassy Bass. Would definitely go back, family had a blast!

Overall the entire family enjoyed the property (we had 12). Could use a little TLC on maintenance, but definitely wouldn't hinder us from renting here again. The property management team responded quickly to anything we needed. Centrally located between both pools. Beach access was very close. We rented a golf cart for the week from Golf Carts 2 You. It was a nice extra that helped get us to and from the beach. Would 100% recommend this property.

We spent a long weekend at Family Ties with two other families and has a great time! The house was the perfect size for each parent grouping to have a bedroom and then the four kids to share a bedroom. Between the kitchen table and the breakfast bar, we all had a place to sit for dinner, and the living room was large and cozy and accommodated Olympics viewing and board game playing quite well. The property was a quick and easy walk from the beach access; we walked back and forth each day. On the second night, the AC in the unit failed, but Dee Dee the Property Manager, had a tech out their to fix it ASAP. She even had the tech come back when after he left initially the house still wasn't cooling properly yet. As hot as it was outside, it actually never got uncomfortable in the house, and after the second visit, the AC started working again, so it caused a very minimal impact that was quickly resolved thanks to Dee Dee's responsiveness. Dee Dee came to our rescue once again, when after we'd returned to TN, it was discovered that one among us had left his favorite mug at the house. Dee Dee found the mug for us (between reservations so as not to disturb the current renters) and sent it our way for a happy reunion! We would definitely consider this property again should our three families return together to Ft. Morgan!

Perfect fit for our family of 6. Beach access was a 10 yard walk over the dune. Beach not at all crowded. The home met our expectations. Communication with the hosts could not have been better. The air conditioning unit could not keep up. Temperature reached 83 inside during the heat of the day. Looked to be an older heat pump unit that could use replacing. It did cool to 72 overnight.

The rental was as advertised, clean, great view and one of the best appointed kitchens we’ve experienced in our stays. Every sort of gadget, pan and appliance you could need.- including the ice machine. The beds were comfortable, which is always a huge plus! Also being pet friendly is a huge plus for me!The location is fairly “secluded” within the neighborhood which we loved, however the driveway is a bit dicey if you drive a large vehicle. It was not possible to park under the garage with the orientation of the drive. Also hard to angle out of the driveway with a big car - so if you are rwd and drive a large car (Suburban) plan to throw it into 4wd to be safe. Saw another review saying it isn’t luxury, I get that, so if you are looking for fancy “luxury” you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a beach front house with great space, well appointed kitchen, clean, comfy beds and amazing view this is for you! Feels like those are the important things!

Host was great with communication House was very cute and cozy. Excellent location if your looking for private and peaceful away from the crowds. We loved it. Definitely will be back.

Our stay was great!! The house suited our needs and its location was perfect. The entire neighborhood and beach had a family feel to it. The paved roads were nice for night walks or morning jogs too.
