My husband, myself, 3 of our grown children and their spouses along with our precious 5 grandchildren could not have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation. The space was incredible and accomodated our large family perfectly. The proximity to the beach was incredible (75 steps, I counted!) Everyone commented on the ideal location. The property manager checked on us regularly and were so helpful in answering all questions. We plan to make this an annual destination!

We enjoyed this location. The condo is well appointed and the star of the show is the balcony. We were able to relax and enjoy time with our family. We will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was an easy access to the beach with a private pool. Deb was very quick to communicate with.

Location was AWESOME. BEAUTIFUL views and a walkable beach access was great. Property was pet friendly with the exception of the beach flies and the cocklebur plants in the sand. A little bit of bug spray and flies were manageable. Overall a very relaxing experience for my family.

The property was actually larger than I thought it would be. Very well appointed. The outdoor space is breathtaking. Centrally located and the pools and beach are steps away. I highly recommend this condo. Great for families to relax with one another.

House was perfect for our vacation. We had 9 people and plenty of space. No complaints or issues whatsoever. The house was clean, well equipped and in great shape. The beach access was the best in Fort Morgan we have seen, and Dee Dee was on point making sure we had everything we needed. The only thing I saw wrong was the main bedroom doors to access the balcony were inoperable but wasn’t a concern of ours.

We had a fabulous stay at Sunshine. We had three generations with two sets of grandparents, parents, and 6 kids. The space was perfect. We never felt on top of each other. The walk to the beach was a breeze! Only took us about 2 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved this place! Shared it with two other families. Plenty of space- and the common area was beautifully decorated.
Having not been down to that area before- I did t realize that you can only get on the beach at the public access spots- good information to know for next time! As it’s a bit of a walk down from the house

House was perfect for our vacation. We had 9 people and plenty of space. No complaints or issues whatsoever. The house was clean, well equipped and in great shape. The beach access was the best in Fort Morgan we have seen, and Dee Dee was on point making sure we had everything we needed. Girls (7of us) trip 2924 was awesome at Eolf’s Retreat! We booked it due to the deck & it sure was perfect for us! Would definitely book again! =)

Better our second time here. The owner made some updates and they're fabulous. New floors and more patio sitting. So close to the beach and pet friendly!!

The lady that supports the website made our stay even more enjoyable. She helped with our house selection, which was great, and she helped us find transportation, groceries, and restaurants nearby. House was huge! We had ample space for 16 females. It was nice being on the beach, too. Would highly recommended staying here!

Nice, beautifully decorated condo that was roomy enough for all 8 of us. Plenty of seating in the living room that we could all sit together comfortably. The couch was huge and super comfy. The large private balcony was very nice with plenty of seating and extra dining space. The beds were some of the most comfortable of any we’ve slept on during vacation. The full size high end washer and dryer was a great perk! The condo was pretty clean but there were a few issues. The master bath still had a bar of soap with short hairs stuck all over it and black mold in the grooves of the wall tiles close to the Shower floor that broke loose and kind of dangled during our stay. There was also a thick black ring of black mold under the rim of the master toilet that continued to break off in chunks while we were there. There were also long dark hairs in the bathroom drawers. In the second bath, the tub drain was clogged and you would be standing in ankle deep water by the end of your shower. There were crumbs in the silverware drawer and a piece of what appeared to be cucumber peel sticking out from the side of one of the knives. All of the beds had thick dust/dust bunnies underneath them as well. Other than these little issues, that I feel are completely related to the cleaning service used, it was a fantastic place to stay! Will book here again if it is available when we are able to come back. The host was VERY responsive and answered questions within minutes of contacting them.

We made the reservation on short notice after cancelling a trip to Florida because of hurricane Helene. Very pleased with the location of the property. Guided fishing trip also a success.

Perfect house. On the beach, beautiful views.
I will say the steps to the house are steep and hard for some elderly people but other than that great trip!!

House was perfect for two families! 4 adults & 6 kids. Lots of space. Very clean. Host was exceptionally responsive and nice. Short walk to both pools and beach. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This house is amazing! The setup was perfect for our family vacation. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is fully stocked for family meals, the views were fabulous, the pool was the perfect size and there’s a private beach access!! So many great things I could say about this house, but you should check it out!!

Second year for our vacation with the family at Fairwinds. The house has everything we need is very comfortable and roomy. We had 11 people six adults five children and we had plenty a room without bumping into each other. There’s space for all of us even on both floors of the porches, everyone at Coastal View are so nice and the Communication with them you feel they are there for you . Linda, the property manager is just awesome. The person that owns his house fault of everything the family shouldn’t need. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home.

Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and dishes we needed for our meals. We appreciated the beach towels and enjoyed countless mornings on the porch sipping coffee and enjoying the beach breeze.

Our third stay at Talley Ho! The house is great. Good view from upper back deck. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to beach access and tennis courts. Linda, our manager, was great and helpful with anything we needed.The only suggestion: master bath shower tiles were suffering from some mildew build up-Otherwise, no complaints- Would stay there again!
