It’s was so comfortable for our group of 6 and a baby. Plenty of room for everyone to have time alone or gather around the table for game night. Spectacular views! The screened in/open deck is such a great feature. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Communication with host was flawless!We’re already looking at 2025 dates!Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This is the 2nd year in a row that our office of employees has stayed at this house. There is a reason we decided to come back and so should all of you! This is a nice, spacious home with lots of beds and a private pool...does it get any better? We 100% plan on coming back again next year. The owner is fantastic with communication and even allowed us an early check in! This house is great because it is in the heart of Gulf Shores, but off the main roads so you feel like you're on a private getaway. So whether you feel like having a peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle or want to hit every shop, you have it all right here!

The Home was exactly as described. More than enough room for 9 people. everything was clean except for the refrigerator on the ground floor, it smelt like rotten fish, so we did not use it.

Our stay was perfect, the property was beautiful and the property manager meeting us at the property on the first day of our stay was a nice touch. House is spacious but cozy at the same time. Can’t beat the easy beach access with only a quick walk to the pool. Comfortable beds! Very well stocked kitchen, huge plus especially since you are pretty far from the restaurants and are likely planning to cook more than you will be dining out. Loved the commercial coffee maker, huge fridge/freezer, and ice maker. Would stay again!

The house was perfect for our girls trip.. house was just as the pictures showed. The only thing I can say that needed attention was some spots in the floor that were messed up.. with that being said that would not keep me from renting it and I will be renting again for future trips..

Great house and great location, my family and dogs had an awesome time running on the beach. Very laid back and cooked most nights enjoyed the sunsets. Dee Dee our property manager was very available if needed. We will be back

Our 3rd vacation in Morgantown and we love the serenity of the community. The Family Ties home was perfect for us, spacious rooms, close to the pool and close to the beach access. I'm old fashioned and love talking to a human being when booking a vacation--the 2 ladies that take care of booking answer the phone promptly and are tremendous help. The lady that is property manager was super easy to reach, lives in Morgantown and was johnny-on-the-spot when we needed tv help. You can't get better service than with Coastal View. See you again in the Spring! Donna

You can sit on the back deck, and you feel you are on the beach. This subdivision is nice, and in an area that is not congested. And the house was open and well equipped. Perfect house for our annual Girls Trip! We decided on Rolf’s Retreat because of the back deck & it was absolute perfection! We enjoyed morning coffee & meals & drinks on the deck & spent the days on the beach. Management team was awesome & so quick to help out when the blender quit - and the blender is our best friend on these trips! Lol. The only issue was the fact that the bedroom TVs weren’t smart TVs - so we weren’t able to stream shows, but not a reason we wouldn’t book the house again! We look forward to returning to Rolf’s Retreat!! Thanks for a great week!

Just wanted to enjoy relaxing on the deck with the amazing views, floating in the pool all afternoon & evenings at the beach (just a quick walk over the dune) to watch the sunset.The elevator was a lifesaver with all our stuff!!Would suggest a grab rail in shower for older/disabled & maybe a railing to get into the pool but one of the pool benches helped out just fine!Otherwise rental people very helpful & great communication start to finish! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect beach trip staying here!😎

Reviewer Comments: God blessed us with a very nice family vacation again this year where we were fortunate to have enjoyed a portion of His wonderful creation!Our visit at The Easton House was very pleasant. Although there are many properties in the area, we felt it to be a remote area of the beach which we prefer. Access to retail establishments are a bit of a drive so plan accordingly.Beach access is just a few steps away but is accessible only from within the house and not from the parking area so plan accordingly when taking outdoor things to/from the beach. Also, the beach drops off very sharply and quickly into the Gulf of Mexico so keep an eye on your little ones who like to play at the water's edge.We did experience a few problems but Guest Services was very quick to respond to have those issues addressed for us with plans to more permanently correct the problems. Guest services is also aware of the few areas throughout the property that need a little maintenance and they have plans to address those things as well.All in all we had a very nice visit and hope to return to the area!

Family Ties was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Absolutely beautiful location, quick little walk to the beach and pool! The house was immaculate, plenty of space, great views and comfortable beds! We will be back hopefully again!

Beautiful home with an amazing view! We felt right at home upon entering the door. The October weather was beautiful! We did not get to use the pool as often as we thought having never been to Alabama in October we weren’t certain if it would be warm enough. Certain days the pool was warm enough and others it was a bit too chilly but for going to the beach, it was absolutely amazing! The well stocked kitchen made meals fun to cook and the washer and dryer worked super well. We love the privacy that we had and the lack of tourists that we experience this time of year. Would definitely like to return.

Beautiful house that was large enough for everyone to have their own space but yet managed to feel cozy at the same time. Comfortable beds! This was one of the more well stocked kitchens that I have ever experienced at the beach so that was a plus especially since you are pretty far from the restaurants and are likely planning to cook more than you will be dining out. Loved the commercial coffee maker, huge fridge/freezer, and ice maker. The boardwalk to the beach has red and green “navigation” lights like on a boat which is a very nice touch! Makes it easy to find when coming back from a night walk on the beach! We stayed at freedom 2 last time we came and I have to say I might just like Freedom 1 more! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Fort Morgan beach and staying at this property. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped. In addition to a standard refrigerator there is a separate drink cooler and ice maker. The location of the house is magical with a view to the gulf through the sand dunes. We saw dolphins from the house and on the beach. The host was very responsive and answered questions and responded to requests before we arrived and throughout our stay.
The bedrooms were especially nice with ensuite bathrooms. We will definitely be back.
