The house fit our extended family perfectly. My husband and I used the bedroom downstairs with our grandkids in the bunk room. My 3 children and their spouses slept upstairs. Having 4 king size beds was a big plus. Plenty of room in the family room and kitchen area for all to watch ballgames and a big table for card games. We were able to host Thanksgiving for 4 other family’s staying in the neighborhood with all the outside seating too.

The house is perfect and access to the beach right off the back steps. Nice area below to clean fish, grill and park. We would rent from here again. The property manager was a doll and even came to check on us.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach shack. The location on the beach was perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The house had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze. We had no issues the whole trip. If you do want to goto Gulf Shores the drive is super simple, but takes about 20ish min.
We spent most of our time on the porch watching the ocean and the birds. Staying in November is nice because there are so few people. We barely saw anyone on the beach. The weather was still warm ebough to enjoy our time outdoors.
I would recommend to others wanting to stay in a house on the beach.

Very pleasant stay! Found home in a very clean state. Linda was very great to work with, on top of things. I was surprise to find that house does not have a automatic ice maker in fridge, there was however a ice machine counter style but just not able to keep up. Their is a Dollar General very near by and has a nice grocery section as well, it maybe we just like a lot of ice.Two things that may be a concern to some is that the beach is washing away at a alarming rate. There is a drop off approx. 20 inch about 20 feet from walkway does not leave much sitting room plus other visitors are walking in this area. Please use caution with young kids. The other thing is the 3 steps down from main level to get to deck!! I have very bad knees so this was not what I was expecting to find, but it was my problem but something to consider. I knew about the steps getting into home but this is a giving. The fan in downstairs bathroom did not work, but told Linda not to worry about it for now. Deck furniture is of very high quality and comfortable. The enclose area of deck was very nice and was main reason for renting!!!!

This house and the property manager were both amazing! Check-in was simple. The house was very clean. I had no complaints and I'm pretty picky about cleanliness! We loved the open layout of the downstairs and the big table. Made it easy to all hang out together to watch tv or play games. We had all of the kitchen utensils and pans that we needed. We also loved how close the house is to the beach. It's a very short, easy walk. The deck was great for the rainy days. We could still sit outside and watch and listen to the waves. The beds were comfortable - we all slept well. The property manager answered any questions we had within minutes. We had icemaker problems and she had a repairman there very quickly, and followed up with us to make sure we had what we needed. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to rent this house again!

This was our first stay at a Gulf Shores location in the Fall.It was wonderful: the house was clean and an easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded like it is in the summer months.Traffic around the area was minimal. Hope to take future vacations in the Fall and stay at the same wonderful property.

Lovely home and best location ( closest home in the area to the beach)!
We have stayed at the beach before, but not like this. So relaxing!

What a beautiful beach house—right on the water with gorgeous sunsets, huge waves and lots of white sand. Comfy beds, ceiling fans, great TV areas, covered decks, well-stocked kitchen with ice-maker, covered parking……

They kept me updated with texts and emails prior to our visit, checked to make sure all was ok when we checked in, and left us a number to reach out to if we had any questions while we were there. Check in couldn’t have been easier! The house was so clean and had everything we could need. To be able to go from the beach to the house so easily was nice. Local restaurants within a quick drive.
