Beautiful property, peaceful beachfront, quiet and clean...Noah’s Ark gave us exactly what we needed. We came to visit one of my daughter Chrissy’s favorite places. Cancer took her from us in 2022. This was a serene and peaceful respite. Absolutely perfect! ❤️

Kokomo is in a great location. It was perfect for our family at Thanksgiving . Love the layout of the home , the beach decor and the front , back/side and master balconies . Enjoyed the lounge chairs for reading and the swing . Most importantly loved being able to bring our furchildren.

Our children and grands from TX, KY, and AL met for a Thanksgiving gathering for the week. It was a great time in a wonderful home that was perfect for our needs. The views of sunrise and sunset were spectacular!

We had a wonderful, old fashioned vacation at Abracadabra. Riding bikes, playing tennis and pickle ball, and enjoying the Blue Angels were all highlights of our trip. The two bunk bed rooms were perfect for us. The big kids had their own place as did the little ones. Thanks for the perfect vacation for us to all get together and enjoy our family.

Very happy with our stay loved the house and that we could bring our fur babies and loved the beach !

We spend hours sitting on the lower and upper decks drinking coffee and watching dolphins and the Blue Angels. Any minor problems we had were addressed immediately by Coastal View. We asked for extra chairs so that all of the family could sit at the table for Thanksgiving and they came up with folding chairs for us. (I would suggest some nice folding chairs be left there permanently as there are only 6 chairs at the table.) Love the house and location and would recommend it for a large family/friends gathering.

We loved our stay at Diamond Mine!The house was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to hang out together, kitchen was well-equipped. I was happy with how clean it was - and I'm picky about that! Loved the front porch for the rainy days. We could still enjoy watching the waves and the sounds of the ocean. It was a very short, easy walk to the beach. Not technically beachfront, but very close! Management company was awesome! We had a problem with the icemaker and they responded immediately and had a repair man there the same morning. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again when we make it back to Fort Morgan. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all at this time of year. The whole area was very nice.

We had a great time. The area was clean and well maintained. The beach was quiet. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just listening to the sound of the waves. It was very pleasant and relaxing.

Hurricane Helene tore through NC so our plans changed. We didn't see this home and booked place #2 in Destin. Three days before check-in, the home developed a major leak. We scrambled one more time and thankfully, this home was available and ... absolutely perfect. We had a lot of specific needs: 6 bedrooms with at least three primary bedrooms and one on the main level; pet friendly and room enough for 11 or 12. This house more than met our needs.Although we didn't plan for a beach trip originally, this getaway to Fort Morgan was exactly what our big extended family needed and we're so grateful this wonderful home was available when we needed it. Everything from the layout, room configuration, comfy king beds, two large refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves, huge deck overlooking the ocean, easy-to-sweep floors (to keep sand from driving you crazy) ... everything ... was absolutely perfect for our big brood.The property managers were wonderful, too. From us needing to add an extra pet at the literal last minute to texting with me as we checked in and on our first full day to give us the lay of the land with Blue Angels flights, they were so kind, professional, helpful and made our stay even better.And yes, we had our own personal airshow as the Blue Angels practiced right in front of our home almost every day. We loved it!Oh, the kitchen — in addition to the double fridges, dishwashers and microwaves, there are pots and pans, utensils, serving pieces, small appliances, etc. for anything you need to do in the kitchen. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and a gazillion other meals in that kitchen and had all the tools we needed.The weather was gorgeous during our week there so we spent days on the beach and nights watching movies, putting together puzzles and more. We enjoyed the week of Thanksgiving with our children and grandchild. This rental was a wonderful get away from our routine. There was plenty of room and we were comfortable all week! My favorite place was the back porch overlooking the bay. We spent hours back there talking, drinking coffee and just relaxing.

There aren’t adequate words to convey how much our family loved this beach house! It’s PERFECT for big families! The large den/dining/kitchen was exactly what we needed for a great Thanksgiving vacation. And the kitchen was so well stocked. Every utensil, pots/pans, dishes, glasses you could ever imagine needing! We did a LOT of cooking so that was extra nice. We will be booking this place again for sure! :)
