The house was beautiful and fit my large family very comfortably. The walk to the beach was easy and it was very clean. The smaller community pool was right by the house and we enjoyed it a lot. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.. The houses are a little close together but we never heard anyone and didn’t even really notice the other neighbors. I recommend staying here and we will probably use it again in the future!

The refrigerator wasn’t cooling well. The property management company had someone there in an hour. They were very responsive and helpful

It was such a pleasure staying here. My dog& children were so comfortable. The house was exactly what we needed. Perfect distance to the water. House had great cozy space.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very spacious and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the natural surroundings, community pools, and access to the beach. We rented a golf cart, which I highly recommend, as it would be a pretty far walk to the beach. We hope to return next year!

This property was wonderful to stay at. It has the most gorgeous view right on the beach that can’t be beat. The interior itself was nicely decorated and very clean and made our family and dogs feel like home. We loved chilling on the patio and watching the gorgeous sunset everyday! Couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone who wants a peaceful relaxing beach vacation.

We had an amazing time in this home. The walk to the beach is short. Great views of ocean from both decks. We had a small issue with the dishwasher that was handled quickly and definitely to our satisfaction. I would 100% stay here again. The property managers were so kind and responsive.

This was a great stay for our family! It is truly right on the beach. Walk outside, over a sand dune, and the ocean is right there. Ideal for our families with a 9, 5, and 2 year old. Restaurants are limited in this area, but the location of a large house on the beach overruled that for us. The only thing of note, if you travel like we do, is there is not a pantry. We just had to get creative with storing food. Overall it was a great setup, location, and price point!

The location near the beach was great, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The balcony itself had plenty of space for dining or just laying out, which we really enjoyed. I also appreciated all the decor featuring Bible verses that pointed everything to God and reminded us of how great He is.Now, as for the King-size bed it was so uncomfortable that I almost considered getting arrested by Gulf Shores’ finest, just to see whether their cots might be an upgrade. It felt like it belonged in a place described as having “weeping and gnashing of teeth.”That said, I’m really thankful for the opportunity to stay here with my family. I’m also glad that the owners have boldly chosen to include scripture throughout the home.

Great location, very short walk to the beach, hosts were amazing, friendly, and quick with communication! Most importantly the place was very clean when we arrived, check-in was easy. Rooms are spacious and nothing really felt cramped at any point. The views from the house are gorgeous! Really have no complaints with this house or the hosts, everything was great! We will definitely be staying here again.

This is our 4th time to rent through Coastal View Vacations and our 2nd time at the Family Ties home. We will continue to use this managment team becausethe properties they rent are in great shape, the team is wondergul--you can talk to people--you don't have to just hope for the best online--and the area of Morgan Town is just an easy, relaxeing and peaceful. We would stay in any of their homes, trusting that under their management the facilities are what they should be. Thank you, Jen & Dee Dee for making all of our stays so easy and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Alabama Dreamin! Host was great at communicating with quick responses. Everything you could possibly need was provided including beach toys, chairs, grills, floaters, cornhole boards, etc… there was no need to leave all you have to bring is your clothes. The location was absolutely wonderful with amazing and peaceful views. It accommodated our big group of 12 perfect. Will absolutely be staying again! Thank you for a vacation we will all remember!

This home was perfect for us! Having 4.5 bathrooms was definitely a plus for our party of 11.
Quick walk to the beach and both pools.
Very clean and exactly as described in listing.
Would definitely recommend and book again.

Despite being a duplex this house was perfect for our large group of 18! We were surprised at the size and this home felt very private. Cheri was very responsive and friendly. You cant beat the view, easy access to the beach, and hanging out pool side. We hope to be back again :) Thanks for helping us enjoy our 3 generation family vacation!

We enjoyed our time at coastal blessings. The beds were comfortable, but the home needs some updates and amenities. It also isn’t as well-stocked as some of the other homes we have stayed at in the area. More towels, beach chairs, games, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee paper towels, etc. goes a long way with guests. But overall we loved the place and would return again.

Overall, we had a very good experience and will rent this house again. The house is large, the kitchen is well stocked and the view is beautiful. The dishwasher broke while we were there and the management company responded quickly and had a new one installed in 3 days. The house was clean overall but could use a deep clean (shampoo furniture, stairs, rugs and clean ceiling fans and vents).

Loved our stay- short walk to the beach. The pool and pickle ball a plus!! Needs more kitchen ware. For those who bringing pets- house cleaning needs to make sure blankets are washed. But who would know if the blankets are folded and put away. Great stay!!

first, much needed getaway. we are from the Mid-Atlantic area. we drove the 18hrs to spend the week at the Gulf inn Alabama. the home was bigger then we needed but the details are top notch. all of rooms are spacious. The tall ceilings, the tall door openings, The exterior hurricane proof French doors, and the hand scraped hardwood floors made everything that much better.
we were fortunate enough to have great weather mid to upper '80s all week.
very windy in the morning and calm and the afternoon. was able to sleep with the doors open at night in the bedrooms. The Moon rising over the gulf was just like to see. The private walk to the beach was great. with an addition to the hose to spray off the sand before the main deck was a good thought.
one flaw is the beach in front of the property is open to the public. lots of children lots of screaming. other than that the property was great.
