We LOVED our stay. It was a perfect location, making it incredibly easy to access the beach. They were a great host, every time I had a question, they responded within minutes. The house was clean, and plenty of room. They had some beach items for us to use, which was great. We would definitely stay again!!

The four bedrooms with their own bathrooms was great. There is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things needed for preparing meals. The pool by the house had been updated since our last visit and we got to enjoy that. We will definitely be back

This was the second time we brought our family to say at Smiles N Waves and are already looking forward to our next visit! We had everything we needed for our week long stay and the walk to the beach is only a few minutes away! The view looking off the deck is beautiful. I don’t think we could have picked any more of a perfect place to call our family vacation spot!

Absolutely loved it. Smaller than it looks in the pictures, and when i went to pull out the sleeper it was dirty and and had crumbs all in it. Also no extra blankets werr made available for the sleeper sofa.

Great family friendly house. Our party of 19 felt at home as soon as we entered the doors.
The private beach access was Super convenient!
We were a little apprehensive about sharing the pool with the neighboring unit, but it was no big deal after all.
We highly recommend this property.

Coastal View’s Jen was an amazing host and our multi-stateFamily reunion was made all the better by the wonderful home and Jen who made sure every little detail was attended to during our vacation. The elevator was a lifesaver for unloading upon arrival as well as loading up at departure but we used the steps the entire rest of the stay. Coffee on the deck at sunrise, plenty of room for our group is 9 kids and 8 adults to spread out, a short walk to the clean beach...can’t think of anything that would have made it better other than being able to stay another week. We only ate out once at Tacky Jack 2 and the food and service were excellent. We will be back for sure!

We got to meet Gail the property manager. She brought us bags of ice while the ice maker was getting fixed. Didn’t take long to fix and while she was there she sat and talked to me and my family and told us of some good places to eat. She was so nice. The place was perfect for our family vacation. The pools were nice and we got to play tennis on the tennis courts. The beach was just a short walk. The kitchen was Awsome. They had labels on all the cupboards and drawers so you didn’t have to look for anything. They had beach towels, beach chairs and lots of beach toys. Hopefully we can come back next year.

Our stay at Sunkissed West in Gulf Shores was absolutely amazing! The location right on the beach was phenomenal! The patio and outdoor furniture gave us a great view and a comfy place to sit and enjoy the ocean. Inside the home, we thoroughly enjoyed the one and a half bathrooms, the well-stocked kitchen, the AC that worked incredibly well, the soft bed linens, and the ample amount of bath linens.
The only 2 things that would’ve made our stay more comfortable would’ve been a softer or padded mattress and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. However, we were still able to enjoy our stay very much, and we would love to go back!

My family absolutely loved everything about this rental. The property management group was so helpful with any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The owner of the property even stopped by one morning to introduce himself and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The amenities provided were great. The house was even better than it looked in pictures. Loved how close it was to the beach and the neighborhood was so nice and quiet. 10/10 will be booking our next beach vacation at Blessings in the Sand!

We came down for the Sand in my Boots music festival and this place was the absolute perfect place to stay! The pool is right behind the house and the inlet right behind that. Absolutely stunning sunsets and sunrises. Perfect view from the pool. The walk to the beach wasn't far either. We would absolutely stay here again! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have any issues with our stay!

Plenty of parking, amazing location, views and ease of access to the beach. The interior layout is perfect for multiple guest and the large front porch facing the ocean is simply perfect. The only issue is the screws used to hold the planking down on the stairs weren't stainless.. and the second to the last stair wobbled. Our host that paid for this amazing house, being the first one there wrenched his knee carrying luggage|cooler into the house. Swollen and bruised knee.. It made the amazing Charter fishing trip out of Fort Morgan Marina with Cpt Chase on the No Doubt that much more adventurous. But. We had three houses rented on the island this weekend.. and everyone came to us. It simply the best.

This is a Great place to stay. Close beach access close to the pool everything was nice and clean. The property manager actually came to the house and greeted us the next day and assured us if we need anything they were there to help. And also let us know of some great places to go around the area.

Our family had a wonderful visit that included going to OWA’s Tropical Falls! This rental was tidy and right on the beach with everything we needed. It was a great economical choice for us and pet-friendly.
