The house was great! Plenty of room for our group of 9. The house had everything we needed and more. Loved the location close to the pool and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend and will consider staying here again in the future.

Alabama Dreamin was a dream! The house was perfect for our group of 10 which included 3 kids and two dogs. The amenities provided made the trip easy and stress-free. This was our second stay with our first stay being in 2020. The neighborhood has developed a lot but it is still the perfect place to stay to enjoy a laid back beach vacation.

This house was a great home away from home for the week. It was a close walk to the beach and even closer to the pool. It was far enough away from the busyness of Gulf Shores that the beach wasn't as crowded. But any restaurant or shopping was only 12 miles away. The 4 bedrooms and bunkroom worked perfectly for our family. We heard from the manager early on in our stay, but didn't run into any problems to need to reach out for anything.

We had a wonderful vacation at Silver Dunes. Very nice house in a great location. We had a couple of hiccups while we were there, but the management company immediately addressed them - they were absolutely wonderful.

The house was clean and well-appointed, and the property manager was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed. The best part, however, is the gorgeous beachfront location. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this place won't disappoint.

The location was perfect, steps from the beach! The little kids loved the pool and they spent hours in it, even more than at the beach. It was an extremely comfortable, well furnished home with lots of space and great amenities for an extended family.

This is our third year at Surfside. The house is spacious and proximity to the beach is awesome. They added a wood deck at the bottom of steps which was a great improvement. The rental company is always attentive.

We loved out stay at "Blessings in the Sand". The short walk to beach was great. Loved the neighborhood feel - lots of kids out riding bikes and playing. Nights were quiet. House was just as pictured, clean upon arrival, all the kitchen stuff you need, grill was in good shape, loved the gates on each porch perfect for keeping the little ones from going down the stairs. Overall it was a great vacation.

The owners did a fantastic job of fitting in as much as possible into the space available. Beautiful job. Super cute. The beach access was accurately described, I just missed it, so just know it is a short 10-15 min walk to the beach access. We bring our folding electric bikes and beach wagons with us so we had no issues at all. I walked it one day as well and it did not take more than the 10-15 min depending on how much you are hauling with you.The house is nice and cool, everything you need is there including a fun small beverage fridge. TOP billing goes to Coastal Vacations for their communication, kindness and total availability. The washer broke down the first day we did laundry which I think was day 2. We didn't expect the issue to be resovled during our stay bc the washer/dryer had to be replaced. BUT the owner came through and bought a new one and ALAN, appliance and HVAC gentleman who works with Coastal, found out a new one could be delivered several days early so he said yes to the delivery crew and a new washer/dryer showed up! Great work and so much appreciated!! The gals at Coastal also dropped off a full extra load of towels in between so we could have a clean towels.Lastly, Trenara (sp?) I hope I got that right, was BEYOND kind and helpful on checkout day. I won't go into detail but she was kind and caring and I just appreciate her and all the staff at that company. We love Fort Morgan and recommend this unit and Coastal vacations!

The property was in great shape, so close to the beach. The management company was very quick to respond and even came by and introduced themselves and said to call if we needed anything. The house had so many chairs, beach toys etc so we didnt really use ours.

This our 5th year at Faie Winds. Dee Dee, the onsite property manager, stopped by the first day to check to be sure that everything was OK with the house. As always, the house was clean, cool and furnished with initial items. It is on the corner, right by the walkway to the beach. An easy walk. Would recommnd this location highly.

We've been visiting Gulf Shores for about twenty years now, from before I was married until now with my husband and three kiddos. We love Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, and Dauphin Island! The area of Morgan Town affords you with the best of both worlds, beach and pool. This particular home didn't disappoint, the kitchen was stocked well, spacious family room, perfect bedroom/bathroom setting and nice sized patios to sit underneath for a break from the sun. We loved our stay at the house and look forward to visiting again. Thank you to Coastal View for hosting our crew! We will be booking again with you guys!

Great Vacation location. Only negative thing was the large pool closed(pool repair) and to many people in the small pool daily. Not Coastal view vacations fault. Glad location is pet friendly.

Great little place to stay especially if you like a slower pace, away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far you cant enjoy all of gulf shore attractions/food. Beach days were the best not crowded the Walk to the beach was very easy.

Loved our stay at this location. The house was a good size for our family and gave us plenty of space. It was located not far from the beach access and was a quick walk to the beach. Loved the layout and the decks to sit on and enjoy the view of the water. Well equipped kitchen with two refrigerators. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was better than we expected. Great layout. Loved being right on the beach with a boardwalk to get to beach. It was perfect for my older parents with back issues. Easy for them to walk to the beach. The back deck was shady all day and nice for everyone to enjoy the waves and ocean view without having to walk to the beach. A huge bonus- we brought our sweet little dog and the entire deck and boardwalk was enclosed. Had to open a gate to go to beach. Our dog loved it, and we loved not having to worry about her. Any issues or questions we had were addressed right away! Would definitely stay here again. The perfect place for our family.

first : nothing in these items would prevent me from renting the property again, if so inclined. single biggest plus : shaded deck with high chairs and table AND....house sits in front of houses on each side, providing a sense of privacy. no closets, suggest more hooks. well thought out, simple design, functional. no under house parking, but gravel driveway permits turning and protection from getting stuck in sand. use a sun shield in car. internet went out several times ( as mentioned in house info. ) very irritating at the moment, but comes back after a period of time. i would think the tax base in baldwin county would allow for the neccesary infrastructure to make the whole area as good as silicon valley re: connectivity. all appliances functioned normally. hvac perfect. we have been renting in the area ( gulf shores, ft. morgan ) for the last 40 years.....yes, we are old ! this house checks all the important blocks. again, the deck with shade and sun are paramount. nice job on that ! very enjoyable.

The house was a beautiful retreat for my family. It was a short walk to the sand and a block from the pool. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 furbabies. We really enjoyed the back deck and fully equipped kitchen. The property owners/manager communicated well. If we vacation to Fort Morgan again, we will definitely book this home.

We stayed at Shorely Blessed with 2 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The home was beautifully maintained, clean, comfortable, and felt incredibly homey from the moment we walked in. It had everything we needed and more.
The private pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the layout of the home made it easy for everyone (including the pups) to relax. Greg and Gail were fantastic, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful any time we had a question.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

All I can say about Coastal View Vacations and the property Surfside Terrace is WOW.
This team saved our vacation. We were not originally booked in this home but rather another in Surfside Shores. Literally in the middle of the night right before our check in the next day we found out we did not have a home for the 24 people checking in. I started scouring homes and sites. Saw this home and Peace to You and rebooked. Praying and crying all at the same time. At 1 AM in the morning I received a text from this team telling me the homes were truly available to get some sleep and regroup with all my family in the morning.
This home is exquisite, beautiful, inviting, and as clean as can be. This was actually a better home than we had booked. This team checked in on me all week because I had to pull off a financial Houdini to get us rebooked because the other company had not refunded our money or helped really in the first few days. We have beautiful pictures of the memories made!!Thank You
