We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The home is a very short walk to the beach, has amazing sunset views, the kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed, the beds are comfortable and the patio furniture is very nice. We loved everything

Probably the best rental ever!! House was very well stocked...the kitchen has two dishwashers and the bar area has an ice maker, which was a game changer for our family! The house was very clean and well maintained. The only drawback —the bathroom door to the 1st floor Queen room wasn’t able to be locked from inside the bedroom.(doorknob should be swapped so whoever is the bedroom can lock it) Otherwise the most amazing place!! Also, Greg and Gail were wonderful at communicating with us. (Didn’t need their help on anything but have no doubt that would have been quick to remedy any issues) Will rent again!

We loved this home, it was perfect for us to share the home with friends and family during our stay. My only complaint was that the dock is very tall, so tying our boat to it was not a great option.. and there was no way to drag the boat trailer down the driveway and back out.. we ended up leaving the truck and trailer down at the ramp for the weekend. If we ever come down without our boat, we would certainly consider this home again!

Beach front, nice view from the 5th story. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony & comfortably visiting inside in the evenings. Rented chairs and umbrella on the beach front. Would stay again!

The property manager Gail was the absolute best. Any issue that happened she was on it. The breaker kept tripping turning the air upstairs off, they had it figured out and fixed within a day. She kept in touch the entire time checking in us!

We love staying at Sun-kissed! It’s perfect for a family of five. It has great proximity to the beach so when the kids get hungry it’s just a few steps to the kitchen to make a sandwich! Our only complaint is the amount of sand that sticks to the floor, even when you wash off, your feet get covered again from the porch, so this year we put a tray of water to step into on the first step and one of our beach towels on the second right at the door and it helped so much!! Our kids complain because there is no tv in the room they sleep in. But other than that, we love it here, it’s our home away from home!

EXTREMELY NICE-EVERYONE HAD FUN. CLEAN AND NICELY DECORATED HOUSE, BEDDING WONDERFUL ONLY RECOMMENDATION IS SOFA AND CHAIRS IN LIVING ROOM ARE VERY HARD TO GET OUT OF FOR ALL AGES. SOFA CUSHIONS SEEM TO "SINK" BUT VERY NICE TO LOOK AT.

Had a good time at the house. Kids loved the pool. Had an issue with the master bedroom bed but the owner addressed it quickly. Only thing I would recommend would be more towels, kitchen and house daily’s like trash bags, dish soap , coffee toilet paper. You pretty much have to go buy this stuff. Other than that. We would stay again

We really enjoyed Surfside! The view was perfection and the house was exactly what we needed for our large group. We had one small issue and the management team fixed it right away. Great service and we would definitely rent Surfside again or another size house through Coastal View. Sad the week went by so fast.

The rental home was great and had plenty of room, furnishings and supplies for our expanded family vacation with 8 adults and 4 kids. We've been renting homes on the beach for over 30 years and Coastal View Vacations provides the best experience--by far. The reservation process is fast and efficient, the check-in and check-out is easy and the communication is proactive and informative. Jen and Cheri are fantastic. And also big thanks to the guy who took our trash cans up and down that long driveway during the week! We'll see you again next year!

Condo has easy access to the beach and close walking distance to restaurants and nearby convenience store. Clean, stocked with all you might need for a relaxing time at the beach. I would stay at Bueno Vista 203 again.

This home was perfect for our 3 families (could have held 4 comfortably). The home was clean, well maintained, and a surprisingly SHORT walk to the beach (like 30 yards to the boardwalk that is flat (no stairs) and takes you directly to the beach. Ice machine was a game changer, fridge had tons of space, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Communications with management company were smooth. Highly recommend!

Easy to find. Short walk to beach. Beach not to crowded. Good local food. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Only problem was that we have 3 teens that are 5'10- 6'2 and the bunk beds were a little short for them. We had such a great time though. Will be back.

This is our second time to stay here and it is just as wonderful as before. Close to everything, easy walk to the beach. Two entries into the condo help keep the sand out of the condo. Amenities inside are all in great condition. We highly recommend this condo! We will be back as long as our 3 kids can fit in 2 twin beds.

Perfect house for our family. House is well furnished and has lots of kitchen items which was great since we cooked every day. Plenty of bath towels too which not everyone provides. Great low key & laid back beach. We saw dolphins, 2 varieties of sea turtles, huge blue crabs, sand crabs and caught a variety of fish. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at Rolf's Retreat! My kiddos loved being a hands reach from the beach and being able to run down and back without hassle! We didn't have a crowd of people surrounding us on the beach, and the house was very clean! We had such an amazing time and can't wait to book our trip for next year here!
