Like many beach properties, it's challenging to keep the home in pristine condition when it is located so close to the salt and water. It was a wonderful place, exactly as expected, a perfect location, and amazing experiences with the management company!

This place is very nice and secluded! It is very private and has a very good coffee shop names Selah really close by. It also has a really good restaurant close too. It is definitely worth the money!

My family enjoyed the place so very much. The locations was peaceful and a short walk to the beach. The home was clean and very spacious. A lot of space, comfy beds, and all the things we needed to make our family vacation awesome!!! đ„°

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just as advertised.. clean and spacious .. The only negative was the distance to the beach from the house. And I have never been to a beach access that did not have a shower or at least a water hose to rinse off your feet and body and beach items before having to put them in my car. That was a major aggravation and negative side to our beach trips.. the pool was close and a very nice size.

For our first time to visit Gulf Shores, we could not have found a better house.
Weâve rented several homes in the Florida panhandle and none compare to the location, cleanliness, and family friendliness of this great home away from home!
Property managers Greg and Gail do an awesome job of prepping the house for guests. Everything worked and there was a 20# bag of ice in the freezer for our useđ€
If youâre looking for a large house ON THE BEACH and away from crowds, you should consider this one!
Weâve rented several homes in the Florida panhandle and none compare to the location, cleanliness, and family friendliness of this great home away from home!

This is just what we needed, time to escape the every day work schedule and just relax. Coastal View was everything we could ask for. It is a very clean and well thought out house layout, with incredible views of the ocean. Having the pool was a must for us and a rare find in Fort Morgan. Even though we were steps from the beach, the pool is our happy place. The entire staff at Coastal View Vacations were Awesome to deal with. This place is a must stay if your visiting Fort Morgan.

The Aurora Del Mar is a great home for an extended family get away. Love that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The poly wood furniture on all the decks is a nice touch. The home is clean and well maintained. A couple of additional chairs in the living room would be welcome.Easy walk to the beach. The community pools are a welcome break from the ocean.Our property manager was attentive and checked in with us multiple times during our stay.

Great spot for our family! It was a short walk to the beach and we had plenty of room to spread out and play. The house was clean and well taken care of. The only things I wish we had that we didnât were a hose at the end of the beach boardwalk and hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms.

From the first conversation with the team at Coastal View Vacations (I think I spoke with each and every one- From Jen to Deb to Tamara, and others, pardon any omissions), I met with only the finest customer service! Our property manager, Dee, was the best, and so quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay, even coming herself to make sure a slow shower drain was resolved! As for the house...our family and friends group, composed of 15 adults, ages 25-75, including a one year-ld experienced a great time in the house, Grand Paradise. Descriptions and photos accurately portrayed this lovely, spacious home, featuring an amazing, fully equipped kitchen and huge eating area, plenty of room for such a large group. The two lengthy tables and large gathering area invited our game-loving group and became a favorite indoor spot for all. But, for all beach-loving groups, this was a beautiful spot. Just steps from the spacious deck, the softest white beach awaits. We took two pop-up tents and stood them together at a slant and maximized our shade. The few times we decided to drive into Gulf Shores for putt putt golf and restaurants were no problem. For most of us, it was worth it to have far less people in Ft. Morgan!

Walking distance from beach. Quiet and private, away from all the tourist attractions but still close enough if youâre into that sort of thing. Clean, affordable, and lots of thoughtful amenities. Fenced in backyard for furry family members. This place literally had it all. Enjoyed our stay and made plenty of memories. Thank you for hosting us at the Longview home!

I had the best time here. It was a last minute trip for my niece and nephew and they had a blast. The home comes with everything you need and the beach is literally across the streetâșïžâșïžItâs worth every penny!!

The house is just as pictured and very clean! Beds were comfortable. We loved having 2 refrigerators and an ice maker. Easy access to the beach. Excellent property management!! We worked with Dee Dee who was amazing. We had an issue with a sink not draining. We texted Dee Dee, and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Would stay again!

Beach retreat was a great place to vacation with our family. It was newly renovated giving you a home away from home experience. The location to the beach was perfect, just a 4 or 5 minute walk. They let us check in early, which was a plus. I would stay here again.

Being right on the beach is so much easier than a condo. The house was perfect and plenty of room for 6. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. House was very clean and cozy. Sitting on the covered from deck and listening to the waves was what I needed.

Diamondmine was the perfect house for our extended family - spacious, clean, well-equipped, and lots of parking. The double/double bunk beds were perfect for our older kids. Our Coastal View contact was super friendly and helpful. This house will definitely be on our list for a future stay!

Our family time here what great! easy Beach access from our home. Loved the sand area behind the house for my grandchildren to play. Master bedroom and bath with the perfect balcony was awesome!

Our stay was great! The property manager was easy to work with and we were able to check in early which was nice. We didnât have any issues with the property, it looked like it was recently renovated so the house itself was clean and well maintained. Just minutes to the beach by foot and great view of the sunrise each morning. We had a blast staying here.
