We had the BEST stay! Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The house was spotless, cool, and so comfortable especially the beds, which made it easy to relax after long beach days.One of our favorite surprises was the heated pool it made the trip even more enjoyable for both the kids and adults! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to everything and the most beautiful views. The beach access was truly stellar and made our stay feel like a dream.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, perfectly located beach getaway!

The view from the balcony was breath taking! From sun up to sun set! Condo inside was well organized and very clean. The host was very easy to contact if needed. My only complaint is the pool was not warm at all. The kids were shivering when they was trying to swim in the pool. It does say it's heated but it was not in March during our stay.

Quick stroll to beach, pools and tennis courts. What a great location for a family to relax. The two ensuites were pleasant surprise and the King Size bed! Beautiful ocean view and great communication from the Host.

Silver Dunes East is a fantastic rental. The home’s location is perfect for easy access to the beach yet still close enough to restaurants and shopping. The home’s location is well decorated with ample seating for large groups. The beds were comfortable and ample linens were on hand. During our stay the West unit was also being occupied and we never heard a peep from the other renters so the duplex appears to have ample insulation and sound proofing. Overall a wonderful well stocked rental in a perfect location.

This is a beautiful house right on the beach as advertised. The home was clean and well maintained. The only maintenance issue we encountered was one of the larger burners on the stove was not working. A repair man was there the day we checked in said it would be repaired the next day we never heard anything more. It did make cooking for our family at 10 a little more hectic using the small burners but we managed. We enjoyed our stay very much. The views are unbelievably beautiful, and the beach was never crowded even though it was spring break. I would definitely consider renting this house again in the future however, I would caution anyone bringing a pet that they are not allowed on the beach and there is very little place for them to play or exercise near the home. Other than that it was absolutely perfect for us.

We stayed with our kids and one dog. The house is nice and is described in the ad and at a great price! The property manager was very friendly and available. We loved the location and the closeness to the water as we didn't have to lug all the kids thing and chairs very far. We would definitely come back.

The house was perfect for a family vacation.3 bedrooms upstairs and one on the man floor.Only a 3 block walk to the beach.Access to two pools.Everything we needed for a great spring break trip.Property was very clean.The property manager was outstanding, checked in regularly, was responsive when needed and offered suggestions for things to do during our stay.

What was originally planned to be a 60th birthday getaway for my wife with her 4 adult nieces. But circumstances changed with the youngers and it ended up being with her siblings, and they had just experienced the loss of another sibling so it was a good chance for them to just be together. House was great. Kitchen well stocked, in fact, more so than any house house we have ever rented. We had a big storm the first night and the next morning one of the property managers came by to make sure everything was ok, which was the case. Spring Break kids on either side of us and they were worried about being to loud at night. They were not, and we told them if they were we didn't care because we were young once too. A long time ago but we still remember. Great house. If I need another house with similar bedroom configuration I would rent again.

This location is perfect - close enough to fun attractions, but far enough away to have the area to yourself! I love being able to be just feet from the ocean. We were able to see dolphins off the deck daily and enjoyed the beach walks and hunting for shells. My only concerns was the level of cleanliness, it did not seem as though the house was thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay. The Coastal View staff were amazing and very responsive to my concerns. The listing also mentioned kayaks/canoe as an amenity and there weren't any at the house so maybe clarify that because there are places we can rent from nearby! I think with some minimal updates, this house would be a premier rental. The location and spaces are ideal. We had a great week!

Was one of the best equipped kitchens I have encountered in over a dozen VRBO rentals I have had. I always do all the cooking for the gang and I was quite happy. We had an electrical storm the first night and they came by the next morning to make sure everything was ok which it was. College kids on either side of us doing the spring break thing and they were very polite and concerned that they were too loud at night and we told them who cares we were young once so just have fun. Stairs were somewhat of a challenge with a senior dog and a wheelchair bound adult but we made it work. If you want a house with an elevator rent a house with an elevator, which we have done in the past. Although I will say to the owners that I saw a house 2 doors down that had an external lift that ran from driveway to the deck that could be a economical option that would increase desirability at a much lower cost then putting in an indoor elevator. Great house. Great trip. If we ever need a house with that configuration we would go back.

This was the perfect set up for my family! We loved the easy walk down to the beach and it’s just a quick ride to Tacky Jack’s for a bushwhacker and sunset on the bay. We had everything we needed! The host was so kind and responsive.

We had another amazing stay at Mer Sea! Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan has been our go to destination for the past few years and we will be back! The house was perfectly suited for our family with lots to do in the area and of course just relaxing at the beach, which is a favorite. The house is well stocked with what we needed as far as making food every day. It was very clean as well. The short walk to the beach can't be beat! Plus, there is a wagon to cart chairs and toys down to the beach. We also enjoyed using the pickleball courts.The property manager was great too! She messaged us when we arrived and also came by to introduce herself. She made sure to let us know that if we needed anything to be in touch with her.

Spending a week with family (9 of us) in this relaxing home was just what we needed. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, the house was toasty warm and great for playing games and watching movies. The location near the beach was ideal for walks and our 1 afternoon of sun for playing and enjoying the pristine white sand. It was easy to walk and carry out beach gear. The house had sand toys, extra beach chairs and towels which was a plus. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook. The drive in & out of town was fast and simple; there’s definitely plenty to do. The master bed at the front of the house was like sleeping in a cloud, wonderful. The kids (16-20yr olds) said a mattress topper on the bunk beds would have been great since it reminded them of their dorm beds. :) All & alll, I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again. I would encourage the management to update their details to match the owners requests and availability of accessory items available.

We had a wonderful time once again at Mer Sea! Everything was great! The house was clean, it had what we needed for making/eating food each night, the rooms were perfect for the size of our group, and the property manager was wonderful. We will be back again.

The property is worn . (Baseboards, cabinets, downstairs showers) probably what you might expect in a costal property. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds comfortable and what you’re really paying for here is location location location. This is spot on and worth the stay. Steps from non crowed beach. The deck is fantastic to sit on and enjoy your view and relax. The location did not disappoint! Great for a large family or two families. Definitely would go back:

This beach from was just as described. The agency as well as owners went above and beyond for my family. My son managed to lock the deadbolt. Coastal view sprang into action as well as the owners. Even going as far to check on us the next day. We have already made plans to revisit. Thank you for a great stay!
