Great property, short walk to the beach, beautiful ocean views, amenities were great! Would loved to have stayed longer!

Great, clean home close to the beach. We loved the front deck!

Our family of 6 had the most wonderful & comfortable time at La Casita. My exact words when entering were “The pictures didn’t do it justice.” We stay in beach houses every year. I anticipated this one to be mediocre based on my experiences, but I was wrong. It’s easily one of my favorites. This place is so spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other at all! The kitchen is stocked with so many cooking items. We don’t dine out much on vacay - we COOK! I had all I needed to feed 4 teenagers all week. The beds were very comfortable & the sheets were so soft. That’s a big deal & a risk we take every year, so this was a wonderful surprise! The flooring is so nice & updated. The decor is adorable. The appliances worked well. If I had to make a suggestion to the owners, the tub drains could use a good declogging & the pull out couch dips a bit in the middle (certainly not big deals). The walk to the beach is very easy & quick. The kids loved being able to choose pool or beach everyday as both were so close. You also get a very nice view of the ocean from the balcony, which I enjoyed daily. I’d also like to make a shout out to the Coastal View staff. We have vacationed with you twice now & will continue to come back. You are a wonderful management co. Thanks for handling the trash service for a second year in a row - & I know that’s not an expected perk (just something you do if able).

Overall a great horse right on the beach with spectacular views. The house did not have a functioning ice maker. We had to purchase ice daily. There was not a TV in every bedroom. The refrigerator leaked water occasionally. Other than those few things it was a great beach house. My family enjoyed being able to sit on the deck and watch the sunrise’s and sunset’s each day! We can’t wait to visit Gulf Shores again!

Great location and easy walk to beach.

We had a great vacation with a few minor inconveniences while staying at Lotus Blossom. The house was in a great location, spectacular views and right on the beach. There was not a functioning ice maker in the house which is problematic when the temperature is in the upper 80’s. We had to go purchase ice daily. There was not a TV in every bedroom and the refrigerator leaked water out of the bottom occasionally. Other than that it was perfect for my family of 8.

We had an amazing time. The beach was not crowded and the private pool was perfect for our group. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The elevator was a huge bonus!Was easy to communicate with the host. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would definitely book again!

Private, right on the ocean, clean, and comfortable. We laid out on the deck, watched dolphins play the the morning, enjoyed the ocean, and had a completely relaxing, wonderful weekend here that was everything we could have hoped.

The screened in porch was an amazing! We all enjoyed the room this large home gave us and the fact we were steps from the beach was amazing! The kids can walk back and forth from the pool and beach without us worrying about them. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay!

Stayed there before, it was great right on a private beach. Had a great time. All appliances worked great, didn't have any issues. The only thing was the Bed in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. Other than that, have no complaints.

This is our second stay at Sunshine On My Shoulders. Plenty of room for our 3 families. Kids love the bunk room. Beach was wonderful and beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay - loved the outdoor area for our dog - very secure. We appreciated the peaceful location, and that there were more trees than in some of the other beach areas we drove through. The outdoor deck can get a bit warm - we were there in the middle of summer, so we didn't use that much, but at a different time of year, I'm sure we would have. As some reviewers have said, it's a few blocks from the beach, but still close - a distance our group had no trouble walking. The beach was lovely and surprisingly not too busy, given it was the middle of school holidays.

Easy, everything was like the description. Close to beach access. Fun weekend with friends and family. Everyone was comfortable and the deck is fantastic.

We had the most magnificent time at the Sand Piper! This is our 2nd year staying in the Morgantown community, and this home was perfect. Rooms are spaced apart perfectly, and the home is beautiful! Our walk to the beach was perfect. The home was clean and tidy for our arrival and all instructions were clear. Super PLUS is the ice maker for our cooler. The only thing to note, is parking is minimal. Only room for my car under the home. Other than that, we had an amazing time!!!

We had a friend group of 8 adults and 8 children and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed the en suite bathrooms in each bedroom. The layout of house was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and we always had what we needed to make meals. View from top deck was stunning, great for dolphin watching. We also loved that the stairs from porch went directly to boardwalk to get to beach. We had an amazing time.

Our family of 18 enjoyed our second summer in this amazingly warm and spacious home, we plan to continue staying in this house. The easy access to the beach and the spacious floor plan is so accommodating. We did experience a few maintenance issues this time but the staff were quick to acknowledge and start the process of repairs. The larger primary bathroom on the top floor still had issue with the toilet backing up when we left but I’m sure they will resolve that. The deck definitely needs some upkeep. There were several screws loose and sticking up and we also noticed some rotted wood on that deck that could be harmful to someone’s foot especially young children. All in all none of those things would deter me from booking again!

Wow! This was a beautiful, simple, clean home in a great location. Such an easy walk straight to the beach! Rooms were large and clean! I didn't see a single bug the entire visit, which was awesome, compared to other past rentals. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well. Loved having a crockpot too! My only 'complaint" was that the pool stayed pretty crowded and that it's very hard to see through the pool water. I've never been in a pool where you can't see the bottom, but I didn't like that, while watching 3 kids. Looking forward to future visits to this gorgeous property.

Perfect size for our family. Beautiful home. Good location. Appreciated use of golf cart. Needs updated linens (king fitted would not stay fitted). Towels need updating also. Could use a single serve coffee maker on main floor kitchen. Chain on swing needs adjusted. Loved staying there.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Home was even more than we expected. Location is perfect. Coastal view is a great company to use. Will definitely use again. Everyone in the group was thrilled.

Like many beach properties, it's challenging to keep the home in pristine condition when it is located so close to the salt and water. It was a wonderful place, exactly as expected, a perfect location, and amazing experiences with the management company!
