This is one of the best beach houses we have stayed in! The location was perfect for our family. We love Ft Morgan beach. We had eight adults and four children and had lots of room for everyone to spread out. The house is wonderful ,beds very comfortable,kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the large dinning table for family meals and games. The views from the decks were spectacular. Beautiful, sunrises, and sunsets. We even saw dolphins very close to the shore. We also really enjoyed using the outdoor shower. The grill worked great. This house will be one we will want to come back to again. Host was great and quickly responded to any request we had.

From arrival to the first walk on the beach, we were met with awe. It was so quiet at night, you forget anyone’s around you. Even a rain was beautiful from the covered porch. Highly recommend this place!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the commodore West. There was so much room for 4 families to have their own bedroom and all the kids to have their own bunk room. The best part was being steps away from the beach and also being able to leave our tents and chairs there over night. We have already booked for the exact same time next year and we are counting down the days already. 10/10 experience!

We have stayed in condos the last 28 years. After staying in a house we will never stay in a condo again. Very affordable. Right in the beach. We loved every minute of it booking same place for next year.

We brought our 3 kids under 6 along with our friends who also have 3 kids under 6. This house is perfect. No inside stairs, plenty of places to sleep and plenty of space and bathrooms. An easy walk to beach and pool. We love Fort Morgan!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sawgrass Pointe was everything we hoped it would be. The house is right on the beach, with a private boardwalk. The layout is nice...two bedrooms on each side with a nice size den and kitchen in the middle. We loved the screened in back porch that allowed us to drink our coffee in the morning and enjoy the water. The kitchen is well stocked. There was a closet under the house with beach/water toys. Every bedroom had a tv and that was nice for the kids. The beds were comfortable, but they are a little bit on the firm side. There are some very steep steps that have to be taken to get into the house from the carport, which might be a problem for older people or someone with mobility issues. We had a few minor issues that were addressed immediately. We liked that the rental company had someone come take the trash cans out to the street and bring them back after they had been emptied. My only complaints would be that the bed sheets were really cheap Walmart sheets and not very comfortable, and I feel like at least one or two extra sets of towels would’ve been nice. There was one set of towels per person. Some of us girls needed an extra towel for wet hair. Also we were told not to use the towels for makeup removal or get stains on them, but there were no dark towels to use for makeup. It was a great place to vacation with our family.

The kitchen is equipped with most everything you need and the host also provides beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas. They also provided puzzles, games, books! The view from the both porches is great!

This was our second stay. We love the home especially that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The board walk to the beach was the icing on the cake!!

The condo was nice! It was clean and cozy. We loved that the balcony had a table and the lounge chairs. We enjoyed sitting there and looking out at the beach. The location was also great. We were close to all of the restaurants and activities, but far enough away that it felt a little quieter. It isn’t a giant condo, so there were less people on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fabulous week. The property was just as described. The management was always available. The beach was a decent walking distance and not crowded. Overall, we would stay here again.

Wow! The home was beautiful and the location was great! A short walk to the gorgeous white sands and ocean fun. The house was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our family of 10. We enjoyed the downstairs lounge area in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was stocked with all the needed appliances to cook on the days we didn’t eat out. Loved the large dinning table and bar stools. Definitely on our list for another stay!
