Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very comfortable for us and our pups. The beach views were great, especially the upper deck. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. The walk to beach was easy and the neighborhood was nice. We enjoyed the pools! My only recommendation would be to switch to smart tvs. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The house way right on the beach. Clean and the bedrooms all have a wonderful view! The crows nest is a nice extra. The beds are all very pretty and comfortable. Several bathrooms. Kitchen is just right and the dining table is huge! Would highly recommend this house!

Location is perfect! Absolutely gorgeous views and steps away from the sand. House has everything you could need but you won't be inside much at this location.Can't wait to return!

We stayed for 5 days. The house was comfortable and clean. There is a dock that extends into the bay and we fished from it several times. It is private and just close enough to restaurants and Fort Morgan. We had a great time.

We visit Fort Morgan every year and have stayed multiple places. This house was the best by far. Excellent beach location, house was clean and everything worked as it should. We loved the 4 King bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. From booking to checkout was a great experience. We will return!

This is a well appointed home with fantastic ocean access. The beach area was not busy at all and we were there over Labor Day Weekend. There are a few restaurants in the area, but with the beach privacy you would have to drive to get to a “town”.

Our family of 10 adults and one infant enjoyed our stay at Sunshine. The home is beautiful! Best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. All the beds were comfortable. The house was open with room for all of us , but it was also nice to have a bedroom for each family. All the furniture inside and out was very comfortable. The outdoor shower and open area under the house were great. The well maintained boardwalk is only a few steps from the house and makes the walk to the beach SO much easier,especially when you have a wagon load of beach supplies and a baby. The pools and pickleball courts were also beautiful and well maintained. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

It was perfect! This is honestly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Fort Morgan. The proximity to the beach was amazing, & the owners had additional things downstairs available if we needed them such as beach chairs, wagon, floats, etc. The property manager was great, stopping by the 1st day to ensure that there were no problems. She also messaged me several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The beach house was updated & tastefully decorated, with the colors inducing a calm environment. All of the needed amenities, crockpot included. There was plenty of parking space, no complaints here! We will be booking this again!

This was our first stay in Fort Morgan and with Coastal View Vacations but it won't be our last! Summers End is right on the beach but also just a quick walk to the pool, it's the best of both worlds!

Love this property and its location! Small, but perfect for 3 people and one little dog. Wish the owners would update bedding, though!- the sheets slide off of bed and bedding is hot, overall. Cotton sheets are best!

This location is amazing! We prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle even if it means driving 30 minutes to restaurants. The beach is private and the hosts supply a decent amount of beach accessories… pop up tent, chairs, blow ups, sand toys. House was very well kept. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you for a great vacation spot!

We had an excellent time at this property. It was very comfortable and clean. What was incredible were all of the beach toys for the kids. It was really remarkable and made their trip even better. Easy trips to restaurants and for groceries. I would highly recommend this property.

Had the absolute best time with family and friends. Very clean with plenty of room for our 14 guests. Everything was close by. Beach right at your feet. Could not of asked for a better place.

Had a wonderful time. Had lots of room The house is just a few steps away from the beach the managers was great Check on us to make sure we was ok and didn’t need anything. If we did have any questions they got back to you fast Will be going back and staying with them again. Very very nice people.

We were originally booked with different company and rental, but they canceled one day before arrival. We had planned a surprise vacation for our parents and had a large number of confirmed family members. Needless to say, we were scrambling to find another place. This one popped up and turned out to be amazing. We had a deck directly on the beach and a community pool close by. The house has everything needed to host a large group of people and not feel crowded. Rooms were large, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and lots of seating. It is a little further away from restaurants but worth the peacefulness on vacation. Would book again.

We stayed for a long weekend at Kokomo, and it was perfect for our family of 3 (+ our boxer mix dog). The house was spacious and clean, and it had nice amenities inside & out. We liked how it was conveniently located across the road from the beach access boardwalk, and it only took 3 - 4 minutes to walk to the beautiful water. The AC worked well, the beds were firm but comfortable, and the house had everything we needed. The Morgantown community was also laid back and quiet. We didn’t utilize any of the community amenities, but it was a family-oriented neighborhood, and the facilities seemed to be in great shape. We would stay here again, and we will definitely rent directly from Coastal View Vacations.

This condo was the perfect place for our long weekend getaway. It was clean, comfortable, and the location and the view can’t be beat. Check In/Check Out instructions were clear, and everything was as expected per the property listing. I would stay here again!

We had a winderful stay in this beautiful home right on the beach! Great views of the water while relaxing on the porch and on the balcony and from the cathedral windows in the comfy living room. Enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen... great for meal prep....and the large dining table seating 10+. The work stations/desks were great for a couple of our group who had to work. Gail responded within minutes to the few questions/needs I raised and checked in early in our stay to make sure all was good. Thanks! I hope I can rent this place again soon.

This was our 2nd stay at Aurora Del Mar. We throughly enjoyed our stays! Large enough for our family of 16. Easy walk to beach, even with young children. Clean property. Had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

We didn't want to leave!!! The upper deck has an amazing view of the water and gorgeous sunsets! The house was spacious and clean. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and we will come back to this property in the future. Thanks for a lovely anniversary get-away!!
