We had the best time here! Our family loved the house and location, having the beach and pool option. Nice area downstairs to hang out and grill. Comfy beds. Child friendly home. Beach items for us to use as needed. Private and quiet location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely stay again!

This was all of our first time visiting Fort Morgan and oh my goodness we are now hooked! It is so far out and secluded. It was perfect for our group and just the vibe we were looking for.
The ocean was literally steps from the house and I mean steps. And the pool was close to the house as well. Easy to walk to both of them. Check in and communication was great and fantastic.
The house could have been cleaner upon arrival. The queen bedroom had long hair in the bed and on the sheets and we had to strip it and clean it. The microwave didn’t work underneath the island, so we had to remove it and put it somewhere else. Other than that, the house was absolutley perfect!!!
We truly enjoyed having Mobile Bay on the back patio and The Gulf of Mexico on the front patio as views. Truly incredible and one of the best oceanfront houses I have ever stayed in hands down!! I would totally come back. 9.3/10, definitely recommend!!!

It was a great stay & it was the perfect location!! I would say be prepared to buy some extra things…if you’re staying long (toilet paper,trash bags and other miscellaneous things were needed) but for the price we really didn’t mind! We will definitely be back :)

It’s always difficult to choose places you have never stayed or have been recommended. We have stayed other places and decided this house was our choice and it didn’t disappoint. The views were excellent and not blocked by other houses. The beach was close and the amenities of the house were as stated. It was quiet and peaceful and close proximity to the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach shops and hustle and bustle if that’s what you want. All in all our beach vacation home this past week was great. The under parking was great with the sitting area and fenced in dog area was perfect for our dog. We would recommend, the hosts were generous and responsive and were available with any issues or questions.

This was our second summer to book Freedom 2. It is a perfect beachfront location for families and doggies. The home is comfortable for kids and grown-ups, the kitchen had everything you could need. Add the laid-back feeling of Morgantown and Coastal View’s very responsive management for an ideal week at the beach!

If you are looking for the perfect pet friendly home to stay in THIS IS IT. This was our 16th year of staying in Fort Morgan and this home will definitely be one that we will check on every time from now on to see if it's available. From the location to all of the extras it was one of the best if not the best we've stayed in. We brought a whole hitch basket full of beach chairs and toys and never even took them off because there were things for us to use that was even better that our own! Everything in the kitchen is labeled-everything! Air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, any utensil you can think of and even a bluetooth speaker! All we honestly needed was our swimsuits and groceries! The walking distance to the beach was short and the front and back balconies were nice to sit on and feel the breeze at night. We absolutely loved this place!

Had a great time with my family. For anyone with mobility issues, be aware there are stairs! Plus the walk to the beach, even though a short distance, has that sugary sand that can be hard to walk in. A few items left outside from previous guests, but nothing to cause any issues. Communication was easy and my questions answered promptly! Very roomy and comfortable. The beach was away from big crowds and clean. Love the Gulf. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Gulf Winds property! The house was exactly as described, and all of the beds were comfortable. I was initially a little concerned that you couldn’t access the pool directly from the back of the house, but we were pleasantly surprised to find stair access from the living room that exits at the bottom of the house onto the back of the porch.
For anyone wondering about the beach access, I actually timed the walk from the West Beach access. At a leisurely pace, it took about 6 minutes and 30 seconds. I believe the East access is even shorter, but we always used the West access because that’s where the parking lot is located.
The amenities and kitchen equipment were more than enough for our group. Having the two connected houses was absolutely perfect—we essentially had double of everything, which made it so much easier to spread out and maximize the space.

Our group of 14 (nine adults and five kids ages six and under) all enjoyed our stay. It was set up wonderfully for a family with kids. The built-in baby gates were a lifesaver that we’ve never found in any other rental. The extra fridge in the laundry room was really great to have with our large group. It was also really nice to have beach towels and toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. available but we wish that would have been listed in the actual description so that we didn’t bring all that stuff with us from home. The view was amazing from the living room, deck and screened-in porch. It was an easy walk to the beach, but I would recommend bringing a wagon or something to haul all your stuff to the beach. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with the exception of kitchen towels, and dish rags. We had an issue with AC while we were there and the host was very responsive and had someone out within an hour and it was fixed the next day. Overall, it was a great place for our family!

Good price for so much space and an elevator. Loved having tvs in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed. A nice bonus was the closet with beach toys. People with mobility issues need to know that getting to the beach is difficult due to the unpaved walk on very soft sand. You will need a special wheelchair with sand tires. The pool was out of service during our stay. We were allowed to use the neighboring pool but there was a walk to get there, again, a problem for people with mobility issues. These issues impacted our ability to safely enjoy the property. However, highly recommended for those who don’t have issues. Finally, the property has some deferred maintenance such as water stained ceilings, missing post caps, and dirty doors in high touch areas. Even so, the positives outweighed the negatives.
