The property was comfortable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. The beach access was outstanding and seeing the dolphins jumping in the water from the front windows was amazing. If you are looking for a quiet, laid-back beach vacation with excellent access to the water and smaller crowds, Surfin' Inn is a great choice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spotless when we arrived. The bedrooms are all on one floor, which we loved, and the rooms are very spacious. The layout of the entire home is perfect with the living room and kitchen area right in the middle. The deck can be accessed directly from 2 of the rooms and the living room. Even with temperatures around 95 all week, if we weren't on the beach we were all out on the deck enjoying the view. The boardwalk stretches all the way to the beach and makes it so easy to carry tents, chairs, and coolers without having to fight the sand the whole way. The property managers are outstanding and contacted us before we arrived to introduce themselves. I can't recommend this home enough. We will be back!

Excellent place to stay, the hosts were great the house was great. Real close to the beach so no need for a golf cart. The place was as clean the beds were comfy. The view is nice, you can hear the waves sitting on the back decks.

Over all a really nice stay! Probably the most beachy place we’ve stayed! Love how close it was to the beach and that the beaches were not crowded!!! Not the crazy traffic and people that the places closer to the resturaunts and tourist attractions!!!!

There are a-lot of stairs with this house. If stairs are hard for you, I would look elsewhere! We truly enjoyed our time at the beach and would stat here again!

They went above to make you feel welcome and at home with so many extras you didn’t need anything. There was some confusion about the beach access which to the public one was a distance to access but we made friends with someone that allowed us to enter through their access. Would highly recommend staying here

They are 8 and have been coming here since age 4. We just love it here. The house is so very nice (could not ask for more space) with the big back screened in porch overlooking the bay (probably see more marine life here than you do at the beach itself). Also has a pier right beside for fishing or relaxing on to watch the sunset. Quiet and secluded. Just a small walk or drive across the road over to the beach and two pools available for the community. The management team do an excellent job making sure clean and ready for your arrival. Also had one maintenance issue and the maintenance guy was out in no time to repair. In and out quickly and very nice. Looking forward to next year if able Would definitely come back. ❤️

It is located right beside a public beach access ramp. The house had plenty of room for our family. It could use some updating such as the living room couches. The wooden deck, steps and access ramp need replaced. There were several pieces of loose/broken wood. We did have our parents with us and that made us nervous for them getting around. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend booking this rental!

The host contacted us on the day of arrival earlier than expected with necessary codes for the property and pool areas. All rooms in the house were very clean and the house was cool when we walked in. There were two available pools — one with handicap accessibility and one with a heated pool. Both were always clean. The beach was only a few minutes walk away from house. The outside shower made it easy to wash off sand after each beach day. The host contacted us after the first night to make sure we did not need anything. The host reached out after a few days to check on us again. We were very pleased with the entire rental process and our stay at the Dream Weaver. There was plenty of space for our party of nine and we never felt crowded. We would recommend this property and rental company for anyone vacationing at Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores.

Very nice area, easy access to the beach, less than two blocks to the beach, easy bike ride to both pools. Little bit of a drive to grocery but not bad and an extremely gesture, well stocked! The community is established and the rentals are older but well kept.

Our large family (12 adults plus two toddlers) enjoyed our week. Coffee on the back porch watching dolphins and birds every morning was awesome. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with (could use more forks). The beach is right there so the view is perfect. The daughter says I must mention most of the puzzles left behind are missing pieces so you are not crazy it is just more challenging :) plenty of parking and very lovely neighborhood.

We just recently stayed there ( July 5th-9th) and had the BEST time with all our grandkids. It was the PERFECT location. Having something so close to the beach was a must, especially if you have kids with you. The house was super cute and had everything we needed. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had or anything we needed. my favorite thing to do was waking up before everyone and enjoying my coffee on the deck while looking at the water. So relaxing! We enjoyed it so very much:) We will definitely book this home again. Highly recommend!Vickye K.

We had more than enough space, the house was clean and furnishings were just as pictured. It's across the street from the beach and situated in between the 12th and 13th street public beach access, I think the 12th street access is a little closer, but it's a decent walk, about .3 miles. But we made use of our beach wagons. It was nice to be able to bring our small dogs and not have to board them. The dog gate was a helpful inclusion to keep pups from going upstairs to the bedrooms. We loved the pool area, a must in the summertime but it's definitely not cool when the days are as warm as they have been... more like bath water, but we enjoyed it in the evenings especially with the breeze.The coffee table in the living room is coming apart on the bottom and the chair in the corner of the living room leans back hard, you can see from the wall beside it that it's taken a few hits. Never could get string lights under the house and around pool to work, but it didn't matter. All in all we had no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and well maintained. We are a family of four and there was ample space for us all to relax and enjoy our stay! The beds were comfortable (some of the most comfortable we have had the luck of encountering on recent vacations) and the kitchen was adequately stocked. For those who *know* and who have been vacationing on /around The Gulf for years, it is important to note that the water pressure was great in both showers. The balcony was large and the closet with water items/chairs was a great bonus! All appliances ran well (Bonus: The coffee maker was GREAT) and we had no issues we needed to contact our host regarding for the entirety of our stay. The host supplied two parking passes, with most condos requiring an additional fee to purchase these upon arrival. We never had issues finding parking during our stay, which fell during the 4th of July peak. While there is only 1 elevator, it was relatively fast and we never had a long wait time. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable and well decorated unit that had everything we needed to relax and enjoy family time!
