We had a great big family vacation here again this year! We love the screened in porch and the ease to reach the beach. Would only add that it’s lacking some things in the kitchen- good pot holders, pizza cutter, cookie sheets. And good to know- the coffee maker uses the cone filters. Very minor things that we made do with easily. Thanks for another great vacation!

Great time, on the beach , beautiful views! Everything we needed. The deck and outside furniture is one of the best rooms of the house! Greg, the property manager, as always, was very welcoming and available for any problems - which we had none! It is a duplex , and each time we have stayed, we have had great neighbors. We will be back!!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It's so relaxing to walk down the stairs and be on the beach. No lugging a cart down the road. It's far enough from the neighborhood access that you don't have many close neighbors. Plenty of room.

It was across the street from the beach with a view of the ocean from the 2 front decks. Roomy with comfortable furniture inside. The Internet was VERY spotty most of the time causing you to have to sign back in on the TV's which were all small (32in). The private pool was nice but there were no floats. (We left 3 for others use) The beds were fairly comfortable, it would have been nice to have a small rug on each side to get sand off your feet before getting in bed. Take your own family games for entertainment because they didn't have any there. We enjoyed our stay tho!

Clean, well appointed. Screened in porch was great for relaxing, while hearing the waves. Walkway from house to shore took away the most dreaded thing about a beach vacay—the hauling of all the beach necessities. Would stay here again for sure.

This was our second time booking with this property management company, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for my husband, our dog, and me. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. The property management team was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and the management team.

This is as beach front as it gets. It was peaceful and relaxing with breath taking views. Highly recommend! The place could use some TLC (new paint/fixtures/etc) but nothing too serious or that hindered our trip. It was cozy and comfortable.

This home is BEAUTIFUL and was the most stocked rental I have used in the area. My family and I choose a different home every year and this one offered everything you could think of. The kitchen has every accessory and essential including everything for the grill(which is a green egg might I add) We decided not to do beach front this year, but the beach access was a very short walk, we didn’t realize how close it was and the home sits in a dead end with no house next to it or across the street, so it’s good if you have children outside just playing as enjoying themselves. Consider this home for your next vacation, you won’t be disappointed.

This house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space, great kitchen, great family room with WONDERFUL views. And you cannot beat the direct beach access. The home was well kept, and the management company and owners were easy to contact and made it a point to check in a couple times during our stay. There was nothing about the house that we didn’t love and we will 100% be booking it again.

Wonderful house. Great location house had plenty of space and storage. The AC went out the second evening we were there, I called property management and they sent someone out that night to fix it then checked in with me the next day to be sure it was running well. Wonderful service !

We loved our stay for a Bachelorette trip! The house has easy beach access about 3 houses down and a large common space. There was a slight miscommunication one day about maintenance, but the host was quick to respond and was helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This is an excellent location and nicely updated and spacious kitchen and living and dining. Perfect for our growing family! Spacious bedrooms and balcony and right on the beach! It needs a better, more thorough cleaning, but I think the management will see to it getting cleaned as it should be.

We had such a wonderful stay. The beach was within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The property manager, Gail, was communicative and helpful. The property has a well stocked kitchen as well as numerous beach items ready to use. We would love to stay again!
