You will not regret staying at Fairwinds. The house was absolutely perfect for our kids and adults. We had 10 people total and more than enough space for everyone. The walk to the beach was short and easy. So impressed overall!

First I’d like to say if you have ever gotten frustrated about waiting until 4 for check in, please don’t. Keeping the house spotless for the owners is a struggle with 13 people on the beach. It would take my whole family longer to get it as clean as it was when I arrived. Great host, beautiful beach, the atmosphere was amazing. Crabbing was splendid and the kids loved not driving to the beach every single day. Blessed to get to stay in this beautiful home and hope to visit the area again!

The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to comfortably accommodate our 3 families. The kitchen was well stocked with more than enough equipment for daily cooking of large meals. The ice machine was a HUGE convenience and saved us countless trips to the store to restock. I would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic 4 day stay! The house was perfect and the location was ideal for our large family! Beach was walking distance. Will definitely try and book this place every year!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the main living space and wrap around deck. Set just far back enough to enjoy the sight and sounds of the sea. Adjacent boardwalk led you straight to the beach which was very convenient, as was access to the pool. Beach was quaint and both family/dog friendly. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back to visit Fort Morgan.

Our stay at Peace to You was exceptional and easily one of the best beach rentals we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home is thoughtfully prepared with guests in mind.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—truly one of the best we’ve seen. There wasn’t a single item we needed for cooking that we couldn’t find. It made preparing meals easy and enjoyable instead of a hassle.The layout of the home was outstanding. It provided the perfect balance of space and comfort, allowing everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. Without a doubt, it’s the best layout we’ve experienced in a rental.The attention to detail really set this home apart. Everything was provided, from beach towels to beach toys for the kids. Not having to pack or purchase those extras made the trip so much more relaxing.We also loved the outdoor spaces. The grill and picnic table were perfect for family meals, and we made great use of them throughout our stay. This property and the management company were great! The house is right on the beach! It was perfect for our stay and it was so nice to be able to bring our dogs with us. The gated deck area was perfect to have them outside with us. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house on the beach was a perfect place to land for my family and dog. It was spring break and the beach was not crowed at all however it was a very cool spring break. We could not figure out the streaming on the family room tv (Netflix) but did in the bedroom so that was fine. The WiFi is very spotty. The kitchen is equipped with everything I needed however there are no spices whatsoever. So bring your own salt and pepper, and any other spices. Dish soaps, trash bags too. There is a dollar general nearby and it sells wine as well. Also Wal Mart will deliver so we had our groceries delivered when we got there and that worked great. I had to call the management company and they were friendly, helpful, and experienced. Great place to stay!!

We enjoyed our stay very much at Mer Sea. The home was clean, spacious, everything worked well and we liked the location. Dee Dee contacted us prior to check-in to help facilitate our arrival and let us know she would be available to assist us should we need her. We were very happy and would recommend the area and properties to our friends. Thank you.

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was perfect right across from the water our whole family and our dog had an amazing trip. We will definitely be renting this place again. Management even came by to take the trash to the curb and the check in to make sure we were good. Everything was perfect.

The entire place was amazing!! The outdoor patio did not disappoint. We spent a lot of our time just relaxing in the rockers soaking up the sun. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Pet friendly, accommodating amenities, steps to the beach. This was a last minute booking for us. We arrived early and it was great having access to the beach, pool and tennis courts while awaiting check in. Short drive to Fort Morgan historic site, Kiva Dunes Golf Resort and The Peninsula Golf Club. Also within 30 minute drive to more populated areas/shopping etc.

Overall this was a great experience! Great location, cute house, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had all the cookware that we needed. The only negative was a bit of repair needed in the outdoor spaces- a few nails poking up on the stairs/deck and some boards that didn’t feel quite safe. These things didn’t detract from our experience but could be problematic in the future.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at All In! Having the beach just steps outside the house was a dream come true! The location is quiet and much less crowded than the city center of Gulf Shores. When we did need groceries or wanted a go out to shop or eat, it was a short 25 min drive to town. The beaches were beautiful and serene, with gorgeous sunset views! The house had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and everyone appreciated having their own bathroom. The separate ice maker was a huge hit with our crew! We never had a warm drink! The only issue we had was some spotty wifi, which the property manager took care of right away! There was great communication and follow up. We would LOVE to stay at this property again in the future! This was one of the best vacations we've ever had!
