The location of this property is unbelievable. It is spacious and stylish. Comfortable and cool. The perfect setting for your Balboa vacation. Walk to Marine Street or the ferry. Make sure to get a muffin at Java. Phenomenal rental. Tastefully appointed and all the amenities.

Beautiful, clean, light unit in a great location! Loved being able to look out the window and see the waterfront. Very cozy place - we look forward to returning!

Wonderful stay. Place was even more spacious and lovely than pictures describe it to be. We had the best time and it was the perfect location to the waterfront. Super close to the main street of restaurants and shops only 3 stop signs down. Had a fantastic view of the boat parade inside and outside the property. Nice garage parking spot inside and usually found good street parking right outside the unit too. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is in a great location in Balboa Island, with everything we needed supplied for a lovely stay. The rooms are very bright and light (pack an eye mask if you're a light sleeper). Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants plus a little 2min ferry ride to Newport Beach.

Excellent Stay, Great Find, and super bonus: parking garage. Not commonly found. Grab it fast, Danno, if it pops up. We're originally from NB, specifically Balboa Island, prior to moving. We always consider it such a blessing to be able to come home, and if possible, stay on the Island. The trick is finding a place that makes you feel like coming home again. This was such a cool find on a quiet street, harbor-facing, close to coffee. Modern + Clean + Spacious. We were able to work here for the week, give presos, park our car + surfboards in the garage (bonus), do our laundry, cook, and crash at our home pad every night. They generously and thoughtfully considered everything we needed (and a few things we forgot we needed). Having a new kiddo in college, we'll go back and forth a lot -- and we would definitely book this spot again. Okay, maybe we would want a couple of paddleboards and a golf cart, but now we're just being spoiled. It was perfect. All our gratitude.

North Bay Front Condo Lovely accommodations ! Updated ,nicely furnished and well stocked for most needs. Beautiful Bay view , easy walking to all points of interest. The Hosts were friendly and responsive to questions and requests. Would definitely stay there again.
