Great place and looks better than the pictures. The location was convenient. You have all the necessities. Wifi was a big laggy and there’s poor connection but is not a big deal if you’re planning to be around and about. If you are bringing a car please note the spot is very tight.

Incredible location! I was pleasantly surprised to find an ocean view from bed! The beach is just outside your door, which was wonderful. The parking space was definitely tight, but I managed to get a small SUV into it. There was also plenty of street parking, but it’s also not summertime. I was there over Thanksgiving weekend and it was definitely loud and at times rowdy outside due to the partying college kids going to/from the bars nearby. The weekdays were very mellow and quiet though, but be aware you can definitely hear the sounds from the outside. They need to put some blackout curtains up so if you’re light sensitive, bring a mask. I found the unit to be very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfy and it had lots of pillows, which was nice. I felt very at home and happy here.

Location on the beach was awesome! Studio was very comfortable. Owners were extremely responsive. Parking is tricky - designated space behind building is tiny.

Perfect location to walk to restaurants and the beach! Highly recommend staying here. Small space perfect for a couple, even with a toddler!

Location! Location!! Location!!!

The location was great, easy to find, steps from the beach. The studio had lots of windows, nice LVT flooring, clean bathroom. Check out was a little early, 10am, wish they had a later check out, especially seeing that the early checkout is for the cleaners, but yet we cleaned better ourselves when we left vs when we arrived. They probably need to find a new cleaning company. That doesn’t take away that the studio is perfect for a two person stay, we enjoyed staying there and would stay again.

Host was responsive. On arrival, the AC unit did not work. We arrived late in the evening so after office hours, so I left a message and text. Host reached out the next day and sent a technician. 1st try was not successful, however a second tech came out and was able to fix the AC unit. No other issues. Location is excellent. Apartment is quite small as described, however perfect for two adults. Having a parking spot is a must this close to the beach. Refrigerator is small, but works well.

Great location. Heads up parking space is tight. Recommend street parking but worth every penny to be that close to the beach.

Loved our stay in Newport. The place was exactly as described. Perfect for three people. Would stay here again.
