Great house, very clean. Location is quite good in terms of driving distance to Kings Beach but wouldn't advise walking. Overall an enjoyable stay

All good ! Everything was great - my only addition would be to put the triangle shade cover back over the hot tub to add some shade in the day. But a very well stocked place to stay - thank you.

Felt right at home! The space was so clean, and homey - and hosts were super responsive. Was the best way to spend New Years with my friends. Also, backyard is great for a well trained pup as it is super fenced! Def would come back.
