We had a wonderful stay at this Tahoe Donner home. The house was very comfortable, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to cook in, and the dining table that converts to a ping pong or pool table was a fun bonus for both kids and adults. The bedrooms were comfortable and thoughtfully arranged.The location is excellent—close to Tahoe Donner amenities, trails, and Truckee. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well-appointed home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

My family of 4 + dog had the best stay at the Hearthlight Cabin in Tahoe Donner. The cabin is quite spacious, very nicely decorated with new furniture and bedding, very well stocked and in a fantastic location. We were able to take our dog out in the large back area and there was quick and easy access to nearby trails. There is even a large dog bed for your pet! The cabin has large windows so it gets alot of light. The garage is great for parking and leaving ski gear. The kitchen is very well stocked, it even has a raclette maker, fondue pot and all of the pots/pans/utensils and spices you could need for all of your meals. The ping pong table was an awesome surprise! Our kids had a great time playing right in the common room - it helped to keep everyone off their devices! The coffee table is large and low and perfect to play board games and enjoy sitting under the heated Japanese Kotatsu (you'll find out, it's amazing!). All of the Tahoe Donner recreation facilities are a few blocks away, downtown Truckee is a short drive as are the ski resorts. We plan to rent this incredible cabin again soon!
