This home has lovely common areas and outside space...and the close walking distance to the neighborhood assn dock was delightful. Neighborhood is fantastic. The bathrooms in the house are pretty dated and need some sprucing up and better lighting. There were some repairs needed during our stay (missing door handle, bed broken) and the team is working to correct those for the next guests...hoping those will be handled before the next stay. Bring your own coffee maker...the $20 version at the house takes forever!

Totally fine stay. The good: The neighborhood is the reason for staying here! The dock and water front were great. The beds were comfy and the sheets were nice The bad: The trundle beds were broken in both of the kids rooms, which meant we needed to put the mattresses on the floor. The TV remotes upstairs didn't work so no tv in the rooms. Road noise is quite loud so cannot keep windows open. Overall, furniture felt cheap.

The house was so wonderful for our family. We loved that that is walkable to the beach, that the surroundings of the house are just beautiful, and it is peacful location. The outside deck is so great with the roomy table and chairs as well as the more comfortable seating, and the BBQ grill. The grass area was a great place for my granddaughter to play! The house itself has all the needed amenities. We appreciated the abundance of bath towels! We particularly enjoyed that the kitchen, dining, and living room areas were very open as it was a nice pleace to congregate indoors. The location of the house was great as it is close to the West Shore Market and the Shading Side restaurant! Tahoe City is a short distance from the area as well. We all had a great week! We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and great house, the house is exactly as shown and very clean and spacious. It worked well for our family of 6 adults and 3 children (plus 1 infant). We walked to the private beach and rode bikes right from the house. West shore is one of the best locations in Tahoe.

Great house
